COMPOSITE PARTICLE AND PREPARATION THEREOF
The present invention relates to a composite particle comprising: at least one hydrophilic core particle; and a plurality of hydrophobic particles, wherein the surface of the hydrophilic core particle is substantially discontinuously covered by the hydrophobic particles. The novel composite particle according to the present invention can have surface active properties sufficient to prepare stable Pickering emulsions, and can maintain the surface active properties over a long period of time. The present invention also relates to a method for preparing the above composite particle.
Method for producing free powder particles of polyamide impregnated with at least one cosmetic or pharmaceutical agent, and free powder particles of polyamide having a content of at least 25 WT % of a cosmetic or pharmaceutical agent other than water
The invention relates to a method for producing free powder particles of polyamide, impregnated with at least one cosmetic or pharmaceutical agent. The present invention also relates to free powder particles of polyamide having a content of at least 25% by weight of a cosmetic or pharmaceutical agent other than water, to the use of said particles in a cosmetic, pharmaceutical or perfumery products, and to compositions containing such particles.

COMPOSITION FOR FORMING COATING FILM AND ULTRAFINE SHORT FIBER
Provided is a composition containing fine fibers for forming a coating film. The composition has excellent spreadability and provides a coating film with excellent uniformity by application to a skin.
A composition for forming a coating film comprising the following components (a) and (b): (a) a fiber at 0.5 mass % or more and 10 mass % or less based on the total composition for forming a coating film. The fiber has an average fiber diameter of 0.1 μm or more and 7 μm or less and an aspect ratio [(average fiber length)/(average fiber diameter)] of 8 or more and 300 or less; and (b) a volatile component at 15 mass % or more and 90 mass % or less based on the total composition for forming a coating film.
The [(average fiber diameter).sup.2/(fiber content)] (μm.sup.2/mass %) of the composition is 0.005 or more and 7 or less, and the total content of the component (a) and the component (b) is 97 mass % or less.
TITANIUM OXIDE POWDER, AND COSMETIC AND DISPERSION USING THE SAME
A titanium oxide powder of the present invention contains a polyhedral-shaped titanium oxide particles, in which each particle of the polyhedral-shaped titanium oxide particles has eight or more faces and an average primary particle diameter is 300 nm or higher and 1000 nm or lower, and a crystallinity is 0.95 or higher.
COSMETIC
Cosmetics that impart physical resilience and visually smooth-textured appearance to skin, by forming a non-sticky, flexible, and rupture-free makeup film on skin. The solution to the problem is a cosmetic containing cellulose nanofibers having an average fiber diameter of 10 to 1000 nm, in addition to a thickening stabilizer.
