An aqueous composition, a sprayable composition containing the aqueous composition, and a method of making the aqueous composition are provided. The aqueous composition includes an aqueous phase and liquid benefit agent droplets discontinuously dispersed throughout the aqueous phase. The aqueous phase has a structurant system including a first polysaccharide and a second polysaccharide that is different from the first polysaccharide. The aqueous phase comprises less than 10,000 ppm surfactant. The aqueous composition exhibits a yield stress as determined by the RHEOLOGY TEST METHOD.

Disclosed are methods of applying a leave-on personal care treatment products comprising: a) providing a container having a nozzle or opening for selectively releasing the contents thereof: b) including in the container a leave-on personal care formulation comprising: (i) an active component for affecting the personal care of the user; (ii) a carrier for the active component, said carrier comprising at least about 50% by weight of trans-HCFO-1233zd and optionally a co-carrier in amounts of up to about 50% by weight; and c) spraying said leave-on personal care formulation from the container and onto the area of the user to be treated.

The disclosure relates to cosmetic compositions for treating, caring for, and/or conditioning keratinous substrates, the compositions comprising branched alkanes, dimethiconols, silicones other than dimethiconols and having a viscosity at 25° C. of greater than or equal to 200×10.sup.−6 m.sup.2/s, and non-silicone fatty compounds other than the branched alkanes. An antidandruff composition includes about 0.1 to about 1% by weight of a natural oil containing a mixture of C12 and C14 alkyl groups derived from coconut oil; about 6% by weight of a non-ionic surfactant having at least 16 carbon atoms; about 2% by weight of an antidandruff agent; about 1.5% by weight of a cationic surfactant; about 1.5% by weight of a quaternary ammonium salt; and at least 75% by weight of water. A method of making an antidandruff composition includes combining a natural oil containing a mixture of C12 and C14 alkyl groups, a non-ionic surfactant having at least 16 carbon atoms, an antidandruff agent, a cationic surfactant, a quaternary ammonium salt, and water, forming the antidandruff composition.

Various PHAs may be utilized, although advantageously, the PHA may have a chain length 1 and 8 carbons. In some embodiments, the PHA may be selected to have an oil absorption of between 60 to 150 grams of a desired oil per 100 grams of PHA, where the desired oil may be, e.g., sebum. Further, the composition may optionally include one or more pigments. In use, the composition may be applied to a user's skin or hair.
