Consumer Products with Improved Aesthetics
A consumer product composed of ≤1% of a High-Performance fragrance composition and a consumer product active is provided. Use of reduced levels of the High-Performance fragrance composition provides for improved aesthetics such as improved clarity and viscosity, and reduced discoloration and caking.
ISOBUTYRATE ESTER COMPOUND HAVING CARBONATE GROUP AT ALPHA-POSITION, AND FRAGRANCE COMPOSITION
A fragrance composition containing a compound represented by Formula (1) as an active ingredient:
##STR00001## where in Formula (1), R.sup.1 represents a linear, branched, or cyclic alkyl group having from 1 to 4 carbon(s); and R.sup.2 represents a linear, branched, or cyclic alkyl group having from 1 to 6 carbon(s).
PRO-BENEFIT-AGENT COMPOUNDS WITH CARBON/NITROGEN BONDS
Pro-benefit-agent compounds that include a benefit agent fragment joined to a hydrophobically modified core, such as a hydrophobically modified amino acid, by a carbon/nitrogen linking bond, where the fragment is derived from a benefit agent, such as a perfume raw material, that includes an aldehyde moiety or a ketone moiety. Related treatment compositions, premix compositions, and methods of making and using such compositions.
PERSONAL CLEANSING COMPOSITIONS, METHODS AND USES
Described herein, personal cleansing compositions, methods and uses. Personal cleansing compositions can include a surfactant, a perfume, a hydric solvent, and water, wherein the composition is structured.
DISPENSING SYSTEMS
A dispensing system includes a composition that includes one or more of a deodorizing composition, a fragrancing composition, or a cleaning composition. The system includes a container having a body. The composition is disposed within the container, and a pressure within the container is at least 930 kPa. The system further includes an actuator assembly coupled with the container. The actuator assembly includes a housing, an actuator positioned within the housing and comprising a fluid passageway in fluid communication with the composition, and a nozzle insert disposed within the fluid passageway. The nozzle insert defines a nozzle orifice having an orifice diameter of between about 0.335 mm and about 0.385 mm, and the composition comprises a compressed gas and between about 5% and about 10% by volume ethanol.
Use of volatile compounds to modulate the perception of musk
The various aspects presented herein relate to the perfumery industry. More particularly, the various aspects presented herein relate to compositions and/or ingredients that increase a subjects perception of musk compounds, methods for intensifying a subjects perception of musk compounds, as well as to the perfumed articles or perfuming compositions comprising as an active ingredient, a compound of Formula (I).
CONSUMER PRODUCTS COMPRISING DELIVERY PARTICLES WITH HIGH CORE:WALL RATIOS
A consumer product composition that includes a population of delivery particles, where the delivery particles include a core and a polymer wall surrounding the core, the polymer wall being derived from (meth)acrylate monomers and at least one free radical initiator, and the core including a benefit agent such as perfume, where the core and the polymer wall are present in a weight ratio of from about 95:5 to about 99.5:0.5, and where the initiator is typically used at a certain level. Related methods of making and using such consumer product compositions.
UNIT DOSE SACHET COMPRISING A PERFUME GEL COMPOSITION
The invention relates to a unit dose sachet comprising a perfume composition, wherein the perfume composition is a gel which comprises i) 0.2 to 2.0% by weight of a gelling agent selected from acrylates/C.sub.10-C.sub.30 alkyl acrylate cross polymers; ii) 60.0 to 75.0% by weight of a cosmetically acceptable alcohol; iii) 0.8 to 9.0% by weight of a fragrance composition having a liquid bulk specific gravity 20/20° C. of 0.97 to 1.08, a refractive index at 20° C. of 1.45 to 1.53 and a flash point of 100° C. to 1000° C.; iv) 0.5 to 1.5% by weight of a stabilizer; and v) 0.5 to 2.4% by weight of a solubilizer, vi) water up to 100% by weight, wherein the composition has a viscosity of 17,500 to 24,200 cps, and wherein the ratio of fragrance composition:gelling agent:alcohol is from 1:0.06:6 to 1:0.16:12.5.
