ARTICLES COMPRISING AN ELONGATED PRESSURE SENSITIVE COMPONENT
20220235863 · 2022-07-28 ·

The invention relates to an article comprising an elongated pressure sensitive component in contact with a user. The pressure sensitive component forms a seal 7 between the user and the article when a minimum seal pressure is applied on the pressure sensitive component. The seal 7 comprises a signal pathway or an inductive loop indicative of a complete seal between user and article at the minimum seal pressure applied along the entire length of the pressure sensitive component.

MASK APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME

A mask apparatus includes a mask body, a fan module, a seal that defines a breathing space, a pressure sensor coupled to the mask body and configured to sense an air pressure in the breathing space, and a controller coupled to the mask body and configured to control a rotation speed of the fan module based on the air pressure. The controller is configured to determine a breathing cycle based on a maximum pressure value and a minimum pressure value among air pressure values sensed by the pressure sensor, determine a time difference between a maximum time point and a minimum time point, determine an expected time point of inhalation in a subsequent breathing cycle based on the breathing cycle and the time difference, and increase the rotation speed of the fan module based on a current time corresponding to the expected time point of inhalation.

MASK APPARATUS

A mask apparatus including a mask body that defines a communication hole, a sensor mounting portion that extends from a front surface of the mask body, that surrounds the communication hole, and that defines an installation space therein, a seal coupled to a rear surface of the mask body and configured to define a breathing space between the mask body and a user, a pressure sensor accommodated in the installation space and configured to sense air pressure inside the breathing space that is in communication with the communication hole, and a film disposed in the installation space and configured to restrict permeation of moisture from the breathing space into the installation space through the communication hole.

Positive-Pressure Protective Wear

A positive-pressure protective wear has a protective body and an air supply. The protective body has a clothing and a headgear connected with the clothing. The air supply is connected with the protective body and inputs gas into the protective body to keep the protective body under positive pressure, and this can provide an effect of ventilation.

ANTI-VIRUS MASK

An air purifying device has a housing, a blower assembly disposed within the housing for blowing air, an electrically-charged electrostatic plate, and a thermal layer for heating the air to a temperature of at least 75 degrees Celsius, and preferably at least 180 degrees Celsius. The electrostatic plate is connected to a high voltage power supply providing a voltage of at least 3 kilovolts and preferably at least 30 kilovolts. The blower assembly moves the air through the thermal layer at a volume of at least 0.25 cfm and preferably at a volume of less than 15 cfm.

Full face and head mask

A multi-purpose protection mask for protecting the human face and head against viruses, bacteria, dust or environmental harsh impacts is presented. It has four elements. A face shield transparent sheet covers comfortably the user's face providing adequate space for freely breathing and wearing glasses. A removable and replaceable filter mask element which is a multi-layer filter piece of a proper material affixed over an opening window in the face shield. A ventilator for draining and filtering the exhalation air and humidity before dumping into the atmosphere and it consists of exhaust fans, suction tubes, suction vents, and exit filters. The ventilator prevents condensation of fogging on the face shield and glasses. Another element is a head cover mask made of a fabric material affixed to the face shield element. Fastener strips means are provided for keeping the face shield comfortable and stable on the wearer's face.

Respirator Flow Control Apparatus And Method

A respirator has a shell that defines a breathable air zone for a user wearing the respirator. An air flow control system for the respirator has an air delivery conduit within the shell of the respirator, a valve member moveable relative to the air delivery conduit and within the shell to vary the amount of air flow through the air delivery conduit, and a valve actuator outside of the shell of the respirator. The valve actuator is manipulatable by a user of the respirator while wearing the respirator to control movement of the valve member.

MASK APPARATUS
