MASK APPARATUSES AND APPROACH WITH ADJUSTABLE VALVE
Aspects of various embodiments herein may be implemented as follows. An apparatus has a material shell, which may be conformed to a user's face, and a securing portion connected to the shell that may operate to secure a filter, such as to the user's face with the filter covering the user's nose and mouth. An adjustable valve is coupled to the filter and operable for providing adjustable air flow through the valve (e.g., selectively bypassing air flow through material of the filter). A securing force can be applied to the material shell, thereby sealing the shell around the user's nose and mouth. Various implementations involve multiple couplers at an attachment region between the material shell and securing portion, which facilitate the application of forces with two or more degrees of freedom for securing to the user's face. Further, various implementations facilitate replacing filters utilized with the mask shell.

WEARABLE AIR PURIFIER
There is provided a head wearable air purifier comprising a first speaker assembly and a second speaker assembly, wherein the first speaker assembly comprises a filter assembly, an impeller for creating an airflow through the filter assembly, a motor arranged to drive the impeller, and an air outlet downstream from the filter assembly for emitting the filtered airflow from the speaker assembly. The head wearable air purifier further comprise a nozzle arranged to receive the filtered airflow from the first speaker assembly, the nozzle comprising an air outlet arranged to emit the received filtered airflow from the head wearable air purifier. The filter assembly is provided upstream of the impeller and comprises one or more generally frusto-conical filter elements.
WEARABLE AIR STERILIZER FOR EVERYDAY USE DURING COVID-19 AND IN A POST-PANDEMIC PERIOD
A wearable air sterilizer features an air disinfection chamber and a slidable face shield mounted on a headwear item such as a conventional baseball cap. The air disinfection chamber features one or more LEDs emanating ultraviolet light at a germicidal wavelength to inactivate airborne pathogens in the passing air and provide the user with a personalized air supply free from COVID-19 and other viruses.

Portable air purifier
A face mask having a positive air flow by use of an attached portable air purification unit. The device is used to filter and purify inhaled air, making it easier for individuals to comfortably wear a face mask for public health and safety. An outtake filter inhibits contaminated air from being expelled by the mask wearer. The portable air purifier is powered by means of rechargeable battery power using a USB connector, allowing static or dynamic use.
ACTIVE RESPIRATORY OPEN FACE SHIELD SYSTEM
The present invention relates to active respiratory protective face shield systems. More specifically, the present invention is directed to face shield systems comprising a transparent lens having generally open design so to not substantially contact the user's face. The lens configured to cover at least the user's nose and mouth. An input filter system module provides a positive pressure environment to a breathing chamber by the delivery of filtered air. The positive pressure is of sufficient magnitude so to produce an air barrier for substantially preventing environmental contamination, e.g., particulate matter, microorganisms, and the like, from entering the breathing chamber. Alternate embodiments further include an output filter system module for the evacuation and substantial filtration of the user's exhalation air to surrounding environment.
SMART MASK WITH IOT FUNCTION
A smart mask with IoT function includes an airtight mask and an air filter device. The airtight mask has an inlet and an outlet. The air filter device has an input port and an output port connected respectively with the inlet and the outlet, and configured to provide clean air to the inlet. First, breathing data can be collected via the IoT function. Next, an algorithm can be implemented to allow the user to adjust the provision of the air to feel more comfortable during wearing the smart mask.
