A utility vehicle, in particular a firefighting vehicle, comprising an extendable aerial apparatus like a turnable ladder and/or an aerial rescue platform, a jacking system with lateral ground supports for jacking the vehicle body, and a stabilization mechanism for preventing tilting of the vehicle body in its jacked state. The stabilization mechanism includes a hydraulically operable rear axle blocking device for blocking the rear axle suspension of the vehicle. The stabilization mechanism further includes at least one hydraulically lockable shock absorber integrated into the front axle suspension of the vehicle. The rear axle blocking device and the hydraulically lockable shock absorber are controlled by a common hydraulic control to lock the hydraulically lockable shock absorber at the same time or with a delay after activating the rear axle blocking device.

OPERATIONAL MODES FOR A FIRE FIGHTING VEHICLE
An electrified fire fighting vehicle includes a chassis, a cab coupled to the chassis, a body coupled to the chassis, a pump system, and a driveline. The driveline includes a front axle coupled to the chassis, a rear axle coupled to the chassis, an energy storage system, an engine coupled to the chassis, and an electromechanical device coupled to the chassis, the engine, and at least one of the front axle or the rear axle. The driveline is a dual drive driveline such that, during any and all modes of operation of the driveline, the electromechanical device is incapable of or prevented from charging the energy storage system at any time when driven by the engine.
OPERATIONAL MODES FOR A FIRE FIGHTING VEHICLE
An electrified fire fighting vehicle includes a chassis, a cab coupled to the chassis, a body coupled to the chassis, a pump system, and a driveline. The driveline includes a front axle coupled to the chassis, a rear axle coupled to the chassis, an energy storage system, an engine coupled to the chassis, and an electromechanical device coupled to the chassis, the engine, and at least one of the front axle or the rear axle. Wildland urban interface firefighting apparatus
A wildland urban interface (WUI) firefighting apparatus is provided in the form of a four-wheel or all-wheel drive pumper truck that merges the high-clearance and off road capability of a Type 3 wildland pumper truck with the functionality, exceptional handling, mobility and storage capacity of a Type 1 pumper truck. The truck can include a short front overhang chassis yielding a 20+ degree angle of approach and an optional 20+ degree angle of departure. The truck can include a compact water distribution system including a narrow discharge manifold plumbed to an engine PTO driven primary pump and optional portable secondary pump, which can operate during pump and roll firefighting procedures. The discharge manifold can be coupled to electronic valves operated via a control panel, and can be so narrow that it can contribute to shortening the truck's wheelbase.

RESCUE VEHICLE
A rescue vehicle (2) includes a chassis (4), a drive unit (6) fastened to the chassis (4) and a driver's cab (8), which is fastened to the chassis (4). The chassis (4) is arranged behind the driver's cab (8) in a longitudinal direction L of the rescue vehicle (2). The rescue cab (10) has a gas-tight configuration. The rescue cab (10) has at least one door (12) as an access to the interior (14) of the rescue cab (10). The rescue vehicle (2) has an air supply unit (16), which is configured to supply the interior (14) of the rescue cab (10) with breathing air.
