Fire extinguishing or fire prevention device
A fire extinguishing or fire prevention device comprises an extinguishing agent conduit arrangement. The extinguishing agent conduit arrangement comprises a plurality of longitudinal conduit elements each adapted to conduct a fire extinguishing agent therethrough, and a plurality of transverse conduit elements each adapted to conduct a fire extinguishing agent therethrough. Each of the longitudinal conduit elements is connected to one of the transverse conduit elements by at least one connecting element, the connecting elements each being suitable for further conducting the fire extinguishing agent from a longitudinal conduit element into a transverse conduit element or from a transverse conduit element into a longitudinal conduit element. Further, the fire extinguishing or fire prevention device comprises at least one extinguishing agent supply line; which is arranged at the extinguishing agent conduit arrangement and adapted to provide the fire extinguishing agent into at least one of the longitudinal conduit elements or the transverse conduit elements. Further, the fire extinguishing or fire prevention device comprises a plurality of outlets disposed on the extinguishing agent conduit arrangement and adapted to discharge the fire extinguishing agent from the extinguishing agent conduit arrangement. At least one flight-capable carrier device is disposed on the extinguishing agent conduit arrangement and adapted to lift and at least temporarily keep the extinguishing agent conduit arrangement with the outlets and at least a part of the fire extinguishing agent supply line in a distance from the ground surface. The extinguishing agent supply line of the fire extinguishing or fire prevention device is connected to an extinguishing agent reservoir adapted to provide the fire extinguishing agent to the extinguishing agent conduit arrangement while the extinguishing agent conduit arrangement is lifted or kept by the at least one flight-capable carrier device.
Aircraft and aircraft system using same
Provided are: an aircraft that can fly stably even when water is discharged from a hose installed on the airframe thereof; and an aircraft system that uses the aircraft. This aircraft system comprises: a master aircraft 10; three slave aircrafts 20; and a remote control device 30 that is for making the aircraft fly as a unit. Each slave aircraft 20 has: four rotary blade portions that have propellers 221; and a suspending means 23 that is for suspending a prescribed part of a hose 50 that is for discharging water. The master aircraft has: four first rotary blade portions that have first propellers 121 that have been arranged to rotate in a horizontal plane; four second rotary blade portions that have second propellers 131 that have been arranged to rotate in a vertical plane; and a nozzle 15 on which a tip end part of the hose 50 is installed. The direction of the center axis of the nozzle 15 is parallel to the direction of the rotational axes of the second propellers 131.

Method and system for remote monitoring of vegetation
A system for the remote care of an item of vegetation used as a potential source of food for an animal, to include at least one of a proximity tag, RFID tag, transponder device, a predetermined machine-readable pattern, and geo-location device associated with the item of vegetation, and an aerial drone. The aerial drone includes a microprocessor, a sensor coupled to the microprocessor and configured to detect the at least one of the proximity tag, RFID tag, transponder device, predetermined machine-readable pattern, and the geo-location device, and a carrier configured to carry a substance comprising at least one of a solid, gas, and liquid. The aerial drone is configured to act in response to instructions issued by the microprocessor.
Beam for transporting to remote locations
A system and method directed to an inflatable aerial beam transported by aerial vehicles for dispensing, among others, power and fluids using the inflatable aerial beam that may be mounted between two or more aerial vehicles. The beam, may become rigid when inflated or flexible when deflated. The beams may be coupled to one or more aerial vehicles via a pivotable joint or a flexible juncture to maintain flexibility of movement of the aerial beams. The beams may include a fluid dispenser that distributes fluid to spray nozzles to dispense fluids from the inflatable beam. The fluid, chemicals, and/or power may be obtained from a remote fixed or mobile source, one or more aerial vehicles, and other types of aerial vehicles. The aerial vehicles may be controlled remotely from a fixed location or from a movable remote-control source and may include sensors for navigation and for controlling the dispensing of the fluid or power.
