An exercise machine includes a frame and a resistance mechanism attached to the frame. A crank assembly is in mechanical communication with the resistance mechanism, and the crank assembly includes a crank arm, a roller connected to the crank arm, and at least one internal load bearing surface integrated into the roller. A pedal assembly is movably attached to the crank assembly and movable in a performance of an exercise. The pedal assembly includes a pedal beam and a tensioned element that spans a first portion of an underside of the pedal beam. The tensioned element guides the roller with at least one internal load bearing surface during the performance of the exercise.

An exercise machine includes a frame and a resistance mechanism attached to the frame. The pedal assembly includes a pedal beam and a first tensioned element that spans at least a first portion of an underside of the pedal beam. A second tensioned element spans a second portion of the underside of the pedal beam and the roller is disposed between the first tensioned element and the second tensioned element.

An exercise desk that includes a peripheral skirt having multiple corners; a plurality of rigid legs with one leg for support at a corner of the peripheral skirt; and a planar top work surface member supported by and over the peripheral skirt, and forming a desk work surface. The peripheral skirt is arranged with a front recessed cut-out section for accommodating a user of the exercise desk. The cut-out section is defined at least in part by opposed facing skirt walls. The desk also includes exercise elements in the form of a pair of parallel bars mounted respectively from the opposed facing skirt walls and accessible to the user of the exercise desk and a pull-up bar having opposed ends that are supported from the planar top work surface member adjacent respective opposed facing skirt walls.

An exercise desk that includes a peripheral skirt having multiple corners; a plurality of rigid legs with one leg for support at a corner of the peripheral skirt; and a planar top work surface member supported by and over the peripheral skirt, and forming a desk work surface. The peripheral skirt is arranged with a front recessed cut-out section for accommodating a user of the exercise desk. The cut-out section is defined at least in part by opposed facing skirt walls. The desk also includes exercise elements in the form of a pair of parallel bars mounted respectively from the opposed facing skirt walls and accessible to the user of the exercise desk and a pull-up bar having opposed ends that are supported from the planar top work surface member adjacent respective opposed facing skirt walls.
COLLAPSIBLE FREE STANDING EXERCISE APPARATUS
A collapsible free standing exercise apparatus for performing multiple body weight exercises is disclosed. The collapsible free standing exercise apparatus comprises a pair of hollow vertical bars separated at a predetermined distance via a connector bar assembly removably fastened at a lower portion of each hollow vertical bar. A first handle bar is removably fastened to each vertex joint on each pair of hollow vertical bars and a second handle assembly removably fastened between each pair of hollow vertical bars at a predetermined position via a support section disposed at distal ends of the second handle bar. A method of fixing the collapsible free standing exercise apparatus for use is also disclosed.

A collapsible free standing exercise apparatus for performing multiple body weight exercises is disclosed. The collapsible free standing exercise apparatus comprises a pair of hollow vertical bars separated at a predetermined distance via a connector bar assembly removably fastened at a lower portion of each hollow vertical bar. A first handle bar is removably fastened to each vertex joint on each pair of hollow vertical bars and a second handle assembly removably fastened between each pair of hollow vertical bars at a predetermined position via a support section disposed at distal ends of the second handle bar. A method of fixing the collapsible free standing exercise apparatus for use is also disclosed.

A fitness apparatus for enabling numerous different fitness routines on a single piece of apparatus and having two side assemblies each having upright metal bars of hollow tubular construction each having fastening holes along its length, generally L-shaped junction portions of said upright bars of similar hollow tubular material and having fastening holes therealong, cross members extending between the two side assemblies holding them in spaced apart locations, floor rests on both side assemblies, a first fitness exercise attachment secured to one of the side assemblies, and, a second fitness exercise attachment, different from the first fitness exercise attachment, secured to the other of the side assemblies.
