A collapsible free standing exercise apparatus for performing multiple body weight exercises is disclosed. The collapsible free standing exercise apparatus comprises a pair of hollow vertical bars separated at a predetermined distance via a connector bar assembly removably fastened at a lower portion of each hollow vertical bar. A first handle bar is removably fastened to each vertex joint on each pair of hollow vertical bars and a second handle assembly removably fastened between each pair of hollow vertical bars at a predetermined position via a support section disposed at distal ends of the second handle bar. A method of fixing the collapsible free standing exercise apparatus for use is also disclosed.

The present invention is directed to a physical therapy device capable of folding into a single portable device comprising a frame comprising a first lengthwise bar and a second lengthwise bar; and a first transverse bar and a second transverse bar. The frame is configured to be adjusted between an unfolded configuration for use and a folded configuration for storage; a first set of stanchions, each coupled to at least a portion of the first lengthwise bar; and a first handrail coupled to a top portion of each of the first set of stanchions. In the folded configuration, the first lengthwise bar is parallel to the second lengthwise bar, and the first and second transverse bars are configured to hinge such that each bar folds towards a center region of the frame to be substantially parallel to the first and second lengthwise bars.

An isometric exercise apparatus adaptable to an existing treadmill or similarly shaped platform provides a height-adjustable bar assembly and rigid supporting pole portions. The horizontal bar is vertically adjustable by selectively unclamping and sliding the bar along the vertical bars. The apparatus may be adjusted and secured in various positions for singular or combined use with the treadmill. The mounting means of the apparatus to frame portions of the treadmill allows for easy disassembly and storage of the apparatus in a closet or under a bed.

A functional training rig kit includes a box and a plurality of components adapted to fit within the box. The components include at least two posts adapted to extend in an upright direction from the box, the posts each having a length greater than the longest dimension of the box and including at least two elongate members dimensioned to fit within the box and adapted to be removably fastened together to form one of the posts. The components also include a bar adapted to extend transversely between adjacent posts, the bar being dimensioned to fit within the box. The components further include at least one angled support member for each of the posts, each support member being adapted to fit within the box and provided with structure for securing the support member to one of the posts and with structure to engage a ground surface.

A functional training rig kit includes a box and a plurality of components adapted to fit within the box. The components include at least two posts adapted to extend in an upright direction from the box, the posts each having a length greater than the longest dimension of the box and including at least two elongate members dimensioned to fit within the box and adapted to be removably fastened together to form one of the posts. The components also include a bar adapted to extend transversely between adjacent posts, the bar being dimensioned to fit within the box. A foldable parallel bar apparatus includes generally U-shaped first and second end frames and a set of handrails connected to and extending between the first and second end frames, wherein the handrails are foldable so as to move the first and second end frames closer to one another thereby compacting the apparatus. When multiple modules of the end frames are connected, they provide an uninterrupted path between the handrails. An alternative embodiment provides base platforms that are foldable relative to each other and handrails that are vertically and horizontally adjustable.
