User feedback system and method
10896625 · 2021-01-19 ·

A system for providing feedback to a user performing a physical activity includes a first support assembly having a first upright assembly configured to be positioned at a first end of a performance region in which a user performs the physical activity, and a second support assembly having a second upright assembly configured to be positioned at a second end of the performance region, the second end being opposite the first end. The system also includes a first indicator extending between the first upright assembly and the second upright assembly, the indicator establishing a boundary that extends from the first upright assembly to the second upright assembly and configured to provide an immediate feedback signal to the user based on the user intersecting the indicator.

Gymnastics balance beam comprising a multilayer composite
10758762 · 2020-09-01 · ·

A gymnastics balance beam includes a rigid elongate member of specific cross-section covered with a covering, the elongate member of specific cross-section including a planar upper surface on which is provided an elastic multilayer composite including at least two layers, namely an upper layer, and a lower layer in contact with the planar surface of the elongate member of specific cross-section. The upper layer is a layer of rubbery material and the lower layer is a layer of an elastic material of stiffness less than the stiffness of the rubbery material of the upper layer. Such a balance beam limits the risks of injury by reducing impact forces, while maintaining bearing security for gymnasts.

Play Center Using Structural Monoliths For Water Delivery Capabilities

A play structure having one or more monolith structures for the connection of other surfaces (e.g., deckings, water-based elements, interactive elements, etc.). Each of the monolith structures may be adjustably connected with a ground surface such that a variety of possible angles may be obtained by the monolith with respect to the ground surface. After the desired orientation of the monolith is obtained to the ground surface via the adjustable connection, the monolith may be secured in such position. Water or other fluid may be provided to the monolith structures via piping that interfaces with the monolith structures by a fluid connection that is in communication with piping disposed within the monolith structures. A fluid dumping or delivery system (e.g., based upon a tipping element that provides water to a fluid flowing surface and/or other water dispersion element) may be provided as part of the play structure.

Linking Tread Path Game Apparatus
20200246710 · 2020-08-06 ·

A linking tread path game apparatus disclosed by the present invention consists of arched tread paths having a variety of widths ranging from broad to narrow. The diverse arched tread paths can not only be arranged in a circular configuration to form the linking tread path game apparatus but also arbitrarily assembled to form varied shaped tracks with widths ranging from broad to narrow. The bottom portions of the arched tread paths are respectively provided with grooves, which enable sequential placement and assembly of the arched tread paths from broader to narrower widths. The top surfaces of the arched tread paths with diverse widths are provided with different molded tactile patterns, and the bottom portions are further provided with a plurality of non-slip pads, thereby providing the arched tread paths with non-slip effectiveness.
