Modular activity board
An apparatus for receiving one or more activity attachments including a deck having one or more openings along a long axis of the deck and between the top surface and the bottom surface of the deck. Each of the one or more openings having a circular aperture for receiving an accessory of a set of accessories. Each accessory of the set of accessories providing an activity for a user of the activity. Each accessory having an attachment platform configured to attach the accessory to the board. The attachment platform having a locking mechanism to engaging with a complementary locking mechanism of the board.
Support Apparatus For Plyometric Exercise
A support apparatus for use during plyometric exercise. The apparatus includes a resilient body having a cuboid shape. A flexible cover is provided that surrounds the body. The cuboid body has a height, width and depth which are all of different lengths to each other such that the apparatus may be arranged in three different orientations in which an uppermost face defines a landing platform of three different heights. The body includes a foam core and a shock absorbing layer located at and bonded to the outer surface of the core that surrounds and encapsulates the core. The shock absorbing layer is formed of a foam material having a density greater than the foam core and is located at all six sides of the apparatus such that an intermediate layer is located at the upper face of the apparatus to define a landing platform whatever the orientation of the apparatus.

Hurdle
A hurdle has a supporting frame and two crossing rods. The two crossing rod each respectively employing a connecting joint, a spring, an engaging member, and a locking screw engageable with two opposing standing bars. The supporting frame includes the two standing bars and a horizontal aperture. The crossing rod has a hollow rod body, a soft protector jacketed onto the rod body, and a secure aperture disposed through an end of crossing rod. The connecting joint includes a hollow tubal structure with an axial hole, a connecting section with a smaller diameter is disposed at an end, a combining aperture disposed on the connecting section. An end of the spring is a hook end and another end is a screw stem having a threaded section and an inner threaded aperture, and the hook end of the spring is placed into the connecting joint through the axial hole.

Golf swing training device
A golf swing instructional training system is provided. The system includes a display, at least one image capturing device, a neural network, and a biomechanics assessment server. The image capturing device transmits data for use in analyzing motion of a user using the system. The neural network receives data transmitted from the image capturing device. The display is coupled to neural network and displays data received from the user and generated from the neural network. The biomechanics assessment server analyzes data transmitted from the capturing device and any input by the user. The assessment server includes at least a biomechanics rules library for use in analyzing the motion of the user based on body landmarks of the user identified by the neural network. The biomechanics rules library includes at least a golf club database, and a swing database. The neural network provides feedback to the user to facilitate improving at least one of the user's golf stance when addressing a ball, and the user's golf swing.
