Trampoline scooters
Disclosed embodiments may include a trampoline scooter device for practicing scooter tricks on a trampoline. The device may include a foam deck with an upper surface and lower surface, where the upper and lower surface both contain a recess. The recesses are designed to receive, respectively, an upper attachment member and a lower attachment member. The upper and lower attachment members and the recesses contain aligned holes to receive connectors. The connectors, or bolts, extend through both attachment members and the deck to secure the deck to the attachment members using nuts. The upper attachment member is connected to the headtube of the scooter via the neck. The headtube contains connections to the column. The column is attached to handlebars containing grips and grip ends.
Sports training ladder and hurdle
The present invention provides for a hurdle having an upright position and a collapsed position, the hurdle comprises a crossbar and a pair of legs pivotally connected to the crossbar. Each leg has a proximal end and a distal end where the proximal end is pivotally connected to the crossbar end and the distal end is for placement on an exercising surface. The distal ends of the legs can be rotated away from the bottom surface of the crossbar in an expanded upright position. In an upright position the hurdle provides height relative to the exercise surface which can be adjusted by a pivot angle between the crossbar and legs. When the hurdle is in a collapsed position the legs are substantially parallel to the crossbar. In another embodiment the crossbar of the hurdle can be used as a rung in an exercise agility ladder.
Method and system for training athletes based on athletic signatures and prescription
A method for training athletes is disclosed. The method comprises: calculating an athletic signature for an athlete comprising normalized values for the concentric net vertical impulse (CON-IMP), the average eccentric rate of force development (ECC-RFD), and the average vertical concentric force (CON-VF) for the athlete; analyzing the athletic signature; and assigning at least one training block to the athlete based on the analysis of the athletic signature.

SPORTS TRAINING LADDER AND HURDLE
The present invention provides for a training ladder, hurdle and methods of using the same. The ladder comprises flexible substantially parallel stiles, two spaced apart rungs between the stiles, each rung having a first and a second end for connection to the stiles; at least one rung having a clasp at each rung end to connect the rung to the stiles. Each clasp has an open and closed position. In the closed position, the rung with the clasps cannot be moved along the stiles and in the open position the rung can be repositioned or removed from the stiles. The present invention additionally comprises a hurdle. Advantageously, the legs of the hurdle are pivotally connected to a crossbar providing for adjustable height and preferred storage methods. Optionally, the crossbar of the hurdle can be configured from a rung of the ladder.
Systems and Methods for Exercise Guidance and Tracking
Systems and methods are provided for guiding a participant through a fitness experience or workout. The participant is provided access to an exercise area at a fitness facility, with the exercise area comprising several exercise or game modules. At each module, the participant engages in a customized exercise or game that is tailored to the participant's fitness level or to key fitness elements that the participant is expected to work on. An instructor may program each module with a type and difficulty of game that is appropriate for the participant, and the participant's activities and results are tracked over time and reported to both the instructor and the participant.
Exercise apparatus and methods
An exercise device and methods for using the exercise device. The exercise device is a spherical structure having a rigid surface and an opening therein for the user's hand to grasp a handle affixed in the center of the spherical structure. A series of exercises may be performed with the exercise device, including push-ups, rows and swings.
ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT PLYOMETRIC APPARATUS FOR VERTICAL JUMP EXERCISE OR TRAINING
An adjustable height plyometric apparatus is disclosed having a platform component, a set of base leg components, a base component to which the set of base leg components are fixedly secured, and one or more optional sets of upper leg components for attachment to the base leg components or another upper leg component. The platform component is configured to be simultaneously raised or lowered relative to the base leg components in an unlocked state and to be selectively secured thereon at any one of a selection of vertical heights in a locked state. The upper leg components are attachable to the base or other upper leg components for increasing the selection of vertical heights. Each of the upper leg components may be inserted within a respective leg receiving opening in a top surface of the platform component for attachment with a respective base or other upper leg component disposed therein.
Modular Activity Board
An apparatus for receiving one or more activity attachments including a deck having one or more openings along a long axis of the deck and between the top surface and the bottom surface of the deck. Each of the one or more openings having a circular aperture for receiving an accessory of a set of accessories. Each accessory of the set of accessories providing an activity for a user of the activity. Each accessory having an attachment platform configured to attach the accessory to the board. The attachment platform having a locking mechanism to engaging with a complementary locking mechanism of the board.
