A collapsible exercise hurdle, an exercise mat compatible with the exercise hurdle, and a method of collapsing the exercise hurdle are disclosed. In one embodiment, the exercise hurdle can include a first hurdle panel, a second hurdle panel, and a hurdle spacer. The first hurdle panel can be coupled to the second hurdle panel. The first hurdle panel can comprise a first panel frame. The second hurdle panel can comprise a second panel frame. The exercise hurdle can have an expanded configuration and a collapsed configuration. The first panel frame and the second panel frame can be twisted into overlapping coiled rings when the exercise hurdle is in the collapsed configuration.

A collapsible exercise hurdle, an exercise mat compatible with the exercise hurdle, and a method of collapsing the exercise hurdle are disclosed. In one embodiment, the exercise hurdle can include a first hurdle panel, a second hurdle panel, and a hurdle spacer. The first hurdle panel can be coupled to the second hurdle panel. The first hurdle panel can comprise a first panel frame. The second hurdle panel can comprise a second panel frame. The first panel frame and the second panel frame can be twisted into overlapping coiled rings when the exercise hurdle is in the collapsed configuration.
PLATFORM BLOCKS FOR EXERCISE APPLICATIONS
Platform blocks for use in exercising applications are provided. A platform block generally includes a body having a top surface and a bottom surface, and defining a length and a width. The block also includes a plurality of protrusions extending upwards from the top surface of the body along opposing edge portions of the top surface of the body, and openings defined in the bottom surface of the body and arranged in multiple rows. Each opening has a width dimension. The openings in two adjacent rows of the multiple rows of openings in the bottom surface of the body each have a width dimension that is greater than the width dimension of the other openings defined in the bottom surface of the body. As such, the platform block may be used in stacking arrangements with other platform blocks having different sizes.
PLATFORM BLOCKS FOR EXERCISE APPLICATIONS
Platform blocks for use in exercising applications are provided. A platform block generally includes a body having a top surface and a bottom surface, and defining a length and a width. The block also includes a plurality of protrusions extending upwards from the top surface of the body along opposing edge portions of the top surface of the body, and openings defined in the bottom surface of the body and arranged in multiple rows. Each opening has a width dimension. The openings in two adjacent rows of the multiple rows of openings in the bottom surface of the body each have a width dimension that is greater than the width dimension of the other openings defined in the bottom surface of the body. As such, the platform block may be used in stacking arrangements with other platform blocks having different sizes.
Abdominal Exercise Mat
An abdominal exercise mat having and upper portion and a leg portion. The upper portion having a base surface and an upper surface. The upper surface having an outwardly concave configuration defined by an upwardly inclined upper end section and an upwardly inclined lower end section. The leg portion extends away from the bottom end of the upper portion, and includes a first side leg and a second side leg. The first and second side legs define a channel therebetween, wherein the distal ends of each of the first side leg and the second side leg are configured to move independently of each other.

An impact damping mat comprises a base layer having a base surface with a plurality of protuberances, a damping layer overlying the base layer, a load distribution layer overlying the damping layer and an upper layer overlying the load distribution layer and having a planar top surface.
