ADJUSTABLE EXERCISE SUSPENSION SYSTEM AND RELATED METHODS
An adjustable exercise suspension system and related methods of use and exercise are disclosed. The system includes a length-adjustable suspension strap assembly attached at one end to a fixed overhead support structure and at an opposite end to a weight element. The strap assembly comprises a plurality of straps detachably connected together. The weight element is suspended from the overhead support structure creating a tensile force in the strap assembly establishing a taut condition. The weight element is manually movable by a user during the exercise routine along an arcuate path in a plane of stable motion while the tensile force maintains the taut condition of the strap assembly. The strap assembly advantageously provides guided and stabilized motion of the weight element for the user thereby minimizing risk of injury. The resistance force of the system is user-variable by attaching different size weight elements to the strap assembly.
Slackline activity device
Disclosed is a slackline activity device including a main line and an anchor line configured to be tautly connected to each other and suspended between fixed objects. The mainline includes two webbings which form pockets. The pockets are locations where the two webbings are not in contact with either other, surrounded by two locations where the webbings are in contact with each other. The pockets may be formed by the webbings being fixed to each other or being woven together. Hangers, such as carabineers, are inserted into the pockets, and activity devices are suspended therefrom. Such a device may be used for recreation and exercise.

MULTI-LEVEL PLAY EQUIPMENT
A play apparatus has plural types of elevated equipment, namely a ropes course and a zip coaster. Both types of elevated equipment have respective user safety supports that extend along the respective equipment and receive a safety harness worn by a user. The user need not change safety harnesses to use the different types of equipment. The entry and exit locations for the elevated equipment are in a common area elevated above the ground. A third type of equipment, namely an obstacle course, is located under and above the common area.
Suspended mounting and exercise apparatus and methods of using same
A suspended mounting and exercise apparatus suspended from an overhead structure, comprising: a form; and at least one anchoring point comprising a plurality of stalls affixed to the form, wherein the form is affixed to the overhead structure via the at least one anchoring point.

TELESCOPIC BELT WITH MULTIFUNCTION SUPPORT, TO BE USED FOR FITNESS AND TO IMPROVE PROPRIOCEPTIVE CAPABILITIES
Workout kit for improvement of the physical conditions, based on a flexible, non-resilient telescopic belt, wherein the belt consists of a ribbon-shaped elongated section, taking a U-shaped profile, when it extends from two end sections going down, to a height adjustable, using fixing and fastening means.
In the central area of the belt, a flat stiff support is inserted and integrated with said belt using pairs of fixing means with which the perfect horizontality of the flat stiff support is adjusted. The user exerts the effort component and the proprioceptive component related to a particular movement, making use of a wide range of values of instability of an oscillating apparatus, comprising destabilizing means, such as hanging weights, in a symmetrical or asymmetrical position with respect to the center of the support.
JUMPING ASSISTANCE SYSTEM AND METHOD
A jumping assistance system is disclosed herein. The jumping assistance system includes a base frame assembly, a support stand, an upper frame assembly, and a training harness that combine to provide a secure support structure from which a user may perform a training or exercise routine that involves repeated jumping movements or pull-ups. The jumping assistance system is useful for suspending a user beneath the upper frame assembly by a set of resistance bands or other secure means that may still allow the user's feet to come in contact with the ground. From this supported position, the user may engage in a series of jumping exercises or extended workout routines while minimizing the impact of repeated jumps to their joints, feet, and other body parts. The jumping assistance system also features a series of hinges that allow the support device to be conveniently folded for storage purposes.
