SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR COORDINATING MUSCULOSKELETAL AND CARDIOVASCULAR OR CEREBROVASCULAR HEMODYNAMICS
Described herein are systems and methods of guiding a user to achieve musculoskeletal counterpulsation. A method may include receiving a cardiovascular cycle signal from a first sensor; determining a heart rate of the user based on the cardiovascular cycle signal; receiving a rhythmic musculoskeletal activity timing signal from a second sensor; determining an actual musculoskeletal activity cycle (MSKC) to cardiovascular cycle (CC) timing relationship; comparing the actual MSKC to CC timing relationship to a target MSKC to CC timing relationship; providing a recurrent prompt to the user as a timing indication for performance of a rhythmic musculoskeletal activity to guide the user to achieve a musculoskeletal activity cycle rate (MSKR) that approaches the target MSKC to CC timing relationship; and altering a feature of the recurrent prompt based on a determined alignment between the actual MSKC to CC timing relationship and the target MSKC to CC timing relationship.
EXERCISE BAR
An exercise device includes a first exercise bar. The first exercise bar includes a first tube extending from a first end to a second end and defining a cavity, a first weight configured to be selectively received within the first cavity, and a first slow loading mechanism coupled to the first tube proximate the second end and configured to contact the first weight when the first weight is received by the first cavity to provide a friction force to the first weight to slow the loading of the first weight into the first cavity.
EXERCISE DEVICE
An exercise device is configured to detachably attached to weight plates and receive a pole that extends to a user end to enable movement of the pole to perform a variety of exercises. The exercise device couples to exercise plates with the shaft of the Y-shaped yoke extending through a plate aperture. A plate pin extends through a base washer and the base end head of the plate pin is retained by the base washer. The Y-shaped yoke has a first arm and a second arm that receives a pivot pin therethrough which also extends through the yoke connector aperture of the pivotable tubular receiver. A pole extends into the shroud of the pivotable tubular receiver and a pole lock secures the pole within the shroud. The pole can then be moved up and down, or pivoted about the pivot pin through the Y-shaped yoke and also rotated within the plate aperture to provide a wide range of motion.

Adjustable Indian club/long handle mace device and method
A handheld device of a uniquely adjustable nature for the purpose of exercise of the human body. The handheld device can be moved freely in any direction or pattern at any speed or pace generated and desired by the user creating a wide variety of resistance, leverage, torque and/or momentum. The device will comprise an elongated hollow body of two ends, one end being open and of a length and circumference to provide a secure gripping surface, the other end being closed and of a larger size and bulbous shape to contain a quantity of any suitable material in order to adjust the weight. A given material will be contained within the device with a cap or lid. The device will also have an optional extension handle, which will provide an even greater variety of exercise using resistance, leverage, torque and/or momentum.

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR IMPROVING SWINGS OF SPORTS PLAYERS
A sports swing aid is disclosed, and includes a shaft, head, and grip. The head may be substantially flat, weighted, and curved, as well as angled relative to the shaft at a first end of the shaft. A grip is provided at a second end of the shaft. The swing aid, and in particular the head, is configured to be swung at a plurality of orientations to work different muscle groups of a user.
Physical rehabilitation and exercise devise
An exercise device allows a user to move the mass of weights in various directions while mitigating the downward force of gravity on the weights. A telescoping pole includes a platform that supports weight plates in place during exercise, and may be assembled at different lengths depending upon the height of the user. A handle may be coupled to the telescoping pole to hold the weights on the platform and provide varying grips. The telescoping pole may be inserted into and moveably engaged with a base portion that holds a lower portion of the exercise device at a static position within the base while the handle is moved in varying directions.

SPORTS TRAINING DEVICE
A sports training device is provided for use with hand held sporting equipment of the type including an elongated shaft portion. The sports training device includes an elongated hollow tubular body having an inside wall, open first and second ends communicating with the hollow of the body, and an outer gripping surface. The nominal dimension of the inside wall is contemplated to be greater than a maximum outer dimension of the elongated shaft, so that the tubular body is capable of fitting over the end of the shaft and of moving both longitudinally along the shaft and rotationally around the shaft. The outer hand-gripping surface includes dimensional contours extending longitudinally along the outer surface of the body for promoting hand grip and proper hand position.
