Responsive training device
An exemplary responsive training device for responding to user interaction with the device can be provided. For example, the responsive training device can be configured with a surface enclosing a compressible body. The responsive training device can further embed at least one sensor configured to sense a deformation of the compressible body and to generate a sensory output to a controller. The responsive training device can also embed a controller configured to control at least one transponder. Furthermore, the exemplary responsive training device can embed at least one transponder configured to provide an audio output and/or a visual output as a function of the sensor output.
Exercise device and methods
Disclosed is an exercise device having a platform and a roller. The platform has a surface sized and shaped to support a body part of a user and a pair of handles. The roller is coupled to the platform and configured to rotate relative to the platform. The platform is configured to translate in a first direction when the roller rotates in a first direction of rotation and translate in a second direction when the roller rotates in a second direction of rotation.
Mobile training device
An exercising device including a lever or power arm which is able to be arranged by a first end on a retaining element at a first articulated joint in a way pivotable about a pivot axis or pin, whereby a resistance element is able to be coupled by a first end region at a first coupling point on the power arm, and by a second end region at a second coupling point at a second articulated joint on the retaining element. The exercising device is able to be detachably arranged on a structure by means of an engaging connection, which is formed by a hook-shaped recess and a rod-shaped element and whereby the exercising device is lockable in an engaged position by means of a fixation.
Transformable Exercise Apparatus
A transformable exercise apparatus is disclosed. The exercise apparatus includes base arms parallel to each other, front legs and rear legs extending from the base arms. The exercise apparatus includes top arms, each connecting respective front and rear leg of each base arm. The exercise apparatus presents telescopic members stored in the front legs. The exercise apparatus includes a first table top and a second table top. The second table top includes collapsible legs. The collapsible legs fold and allow for placing the second table top and the first table top over the top arms, thereby transforming the exercise apparatus into a furniture. The second table top demounts and transforms into a workbench. The telescopic members extend and include a pull-up bar at the top, transforming the exercise apparatus into a pull up exercise apparatus. The apparatus may transfer into a leg press and arm press.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DETERMINING BIOLOGICAL MOVEMENT
A method of determining biological movement includes detecting movement of a monitored portion of a person's body with a first sensor, detecting a potential of a muscle responsible for the movement with a second sensor, and determining whether or not the movement is normal, wherein the determining determines that the movement is normal, in response to a joint occurrence of the first sensor detecting the movement and the second sensor detecting the potential of the muscle responsible for the movement.
Grip Exerciser
A grip exerciser has a first handle, a second handle, a connecting member and a spring. The first handle and the second handle both have a pivoting portion and a holding portion, a pivot is disposed through the pivoting portions of the first handle and the second handle to assemble the first handle and the second handle together; the first handle further has an escaping space at an inner edge for accepting the connecting member, and the second handle further has a closed surface at an inner edge; the closed surface further has a plurality of positioning protrusions located along a continuous line and capable of engaging with one end of the spring;
Dual balance adjustable spring tower apparatus and method of using same
The present invention pertains to a spring resistance exercise machine including an adjustable spring carriage and anchor housing and having cable and pulley linkage assemblies attached to a plurality of springs, or other resistance sources. Each cable and pulley linkage assembly, which is independent of the other(s), can be used unilaterally (by one arm or one leg at a time) or bilaterally (by both arms or both legs at a time) during exercise resistance training (that is, training in which both limbs of a pair are used to simultaneously pull a certain resistance).
Fitness exercise apparatus
A fitness exercise apparatus includes a base member, a support unit disposed on the base member, and a slide bar disposed on the support unit. A seat frame includes a connector connected to and slidable along the slide bar, a guide rail connected to the connector, and a foot post connected to the guide rail opposite to the connector. A swing frame is connected to the guide rail at a position corresponding to the foot post. An elastic cord unit includes a plurality of first and second elastic cords connected to the support unit. A pulling unit includes two first cables connectable with the first elastic cords. An operating unit is connectable with the first cables.
Convertible bicycle exercise apparatus
The present invention is directed to a multiply convertible bicycle exercise apparatus, and intends to provide a multiply convertible bicycle exercise apparatus that allows the form of a bicycle exercise apparatus to be freely converted into various forms such as standing, sitting, dancing, and riding forms, so that various types of exercise can be enjoyed, various types of exercise apparatuses can be replaced with a single exercise apparatus, and the shape and size of the exercise apparatus can be adjusted to fit the physical size of a user even in a converted state, and that changes the location of the center of gravity of the bicycle exercise apparatus from the existing lower portion to the upper portion where a user's groin is located, so that the bicycle exercise apparatus is stable in connection with the center of gravity and is superior in terms of stability.
Exercise device and system
An exercise device and system are provided. The exercise device and system are especially suitable for use with sub-maximal to maximal concentric, isometric and eccentric exercises. The exercise device has a back-plate unit, an extended bar and a foot-brace unit. A first and second strap, each having a hand loop, may be grasped by the hands and may be attached to the extended bar and may be connected to the foot-brace unit. An optional scale may be secured to the foot-brace.
