Exercise board
Portable exercise incline board devices and methods for exercise and balance fitness that can be easily assembled, disassembled and transported. The incline board can be assembled from a generally rectangular top ice with raised upper surface, along with a pair of right triangle support pieces and a rear vertical piece wherein raised protrusions align into mateable grooves so that the pieces slide and lock together for assembly and slide apart for disassembly.
LIVING BODY STIMULATOR
A living body stimulator includes a low-frequency pulse generator, a high-frequency signal generator, a synthesizer for forming a synthesized waveform where a high-frequency signal of the high-frequency signal generator is superimposed on a low-frequency pulse signal of the low-frequency pulse generator, a waveform control signal circuit for controlling the synthesizer so that one cycle includes an ON period of the synthesized waveform where the high-frequency signal is superimposed on the low-frequency pulse signal and an OFF period where the high-frequency signal is not superimposed on the low-frequency pulse signal, and an output transformer for receiving the synthesized waveform. An impedance on an output side of the output transformer is set such that a voltage of the synthesized waveform gradually increases and decreases during the ON period on the output of the output transformer when pads connected to the output of the output transformer are attached to the living body.
Targeted vibration therapy systems and methods
This application discloses systems and methods of applying vibration to a targeted area on an individual that is experiencing pain, discomfort, or other musculoskeletal symptoms. Steps of the method include lengthening followed by oscillation and vibration. The lengthening step requires positioning the individual (e.g., with the help of a stretching cage) such that the individual experiences a stretching sensation in a targeted area (e.g., a group of muscles, ligaments, tendons, etc.). Next, the individual oscillates in and out of that lengthened position while vibration is applied to the targeted area. It has been discovered that these techniques can bring about dramatic and quick improvements in flexibility and range of motion, while also diminishing symptoms like pain and discomfort.

Exercise apparatus simulating mild to high altitude environments
A personal physical conditioning system, for a single, full-size human subject, has a sealable chamber that is configured to allow entry therein and occupancy thereof by the entirety of the single, full-size human subject and to allow the subject to exercise in a standing position using an item of physical conditioning equipment entirely contained within the sealable chamber. The system also has a ventilation system, including a pump, operable to change air in the sealable chamber and to establish, within the sealable chamber, a desired non-zero air pressure level of less than 1 atmosphere and down to pressure conditions substantially equivalent to an elevation of 25,000 feet above sea level. Related methods are also provided.

MOVEMENT TRAINING APPARATUS
An apparatus for movement training, and more specifically, an apparatus for movement and function training of the hand and arm and particularly for use in rehabilitation of the hand following a stroke or other neurological or physical impairments. The invention extends to a corresponding system, method, and kit of parts.
Exercise device
This application discloses a portable exercise device for flexibility and strengthening. In some embodiments, the device is comprised of one elastic band of surgical tubing or like material and one non-elastic band, with two pairs of looped handles tied to each end of the elastic band. These looped handles can attach to a user's limb without any need for grasping. The non-elastic end of the device can be affixed to an anchor point. The exercise device offers light but adjustable resistance via a resistance modulator, allowing the user to engage in a full range of standing and seated exercises with forces comparable to swimming. In addition, two instances of the device can be combined to engage both the user's hands and feet simultaneously.
Foam exercising roller
An exercise foam roller having a plurality of elongated tube sectors where each sector has first and second longitudinal edges with at least a portion of the outer surface covered with foam and hinges interconnecting the tube sectors along their first longitudinal edges and fasteners detachably interconnecting the tube sectors along their second longitudinal edges.
Exercise device and method of use
An exercise device for lifting up the lower back by raising a user's knees upward from a resting position. An elongated fixed strut extends upward from the base, and a carriage is placed on the elongated fixed strut, capable of moving on the elongated fixed strut between a lower position and an upper position relative to the elongated fixed strut. Knee supports are attached to the carriage, allowing a user to place their knees on the knee supports. As the carriage moves upward on the elongated fixed strut, the user's knees are lifted upward, thereby causing the hips and pelvis to rise, producing a flexion of the lower back. The upward movement of the hips and pelvis produces the distraction of the lumbar spinal segments.
