Each of the wheels has a hub rotatably coupled to the grip bar, a plurality of spokes extending from the hub, and a rim portion. The rim portion has an inner side, an outer side, an interior face, and an exterior face. The plurality of spokes extends from the hub to the interior face. A plurality of wheel weights is coupled to the pair of wheels. The plurality of wheel weights is coupled within the rim portion.
