SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR IMAGE CAPTURE AND ANALYSIS OF AGRICULTURAL FIELDS
Described herein are systems and methods for capturing images of a field and performing agricultural data analysis of the images. In one embodiment, a computer system for monitoring field operations includes a database for storing agricultural image data including images of at least one stage of crop development that are captured with at least one of an apparatus and a remote sensor moving through a field. The computer includes at least one processing unit that is coupled to the database. The at least one processing unit is configured to execute instructions to analyze the captured images, to determine relevant images that indicate a change in at least one condition of the crop development, and to generate a localized view map layer for viewing the field at the at least one stage of crop development based on at least the relevant captured images.

METHOD FOR PROPAGATION OF POPLAR TREE FROM LEAF CUTTINGS
The presently claimed invention is related to a method for vegetative propagation of poplar trees (Populus sp.), from prepared leaf cuttings, wherein the method comprises the steps of: a) providing cuts of leaf cuttings from a donor tree, b) immersing the prepared leaf cutting into a combination of growth regulators, c) planting the prepared leaf cutting into a solid substrate of organic and/or inorganic origin, d) inducing sprouting and rooting of the prepared leaf cutting, by means of controlled ambient temperature, humidity and illumination, wherein steps a) through d) always occur outside an in vitro environment; and embodiments thereof.
LED grow light system
A grow light system for growing plants. The grow light system can have a carrier board assembly containing a plurality of apertures and a plurality of LED modules removably engaged with the carrier board in the apertures and forming a gap between LED module and the carrier board. The grow light system can be configured to draw air through the gap over the LEDs and along the heat sink fin to reduce the temperature of the LED module. A plurality of the LED modules can be connected in series and the carrier board can include a dedicated receptacle for a single LED module that is not connected in series with the remaining LED modules.

The grow light system can have a carrier board assembly containing a plurality of apertures and a plurality of LED modules removably engaged with the carrier board in the apertures and forming a gap between LED module and the carrier board. The grow light system can be configured to draw air through the gap over the LEDs and along the heat sink fin to reduce the temperature of the LED module. A plurality of the LED modules can be connected in series and the carrier board can include a dedicated receptacle for a single LED module that is not connected in series with the remaining LED modules.

Cloner
A cloner may include a reservoir to hold a liquid, a lid with apertures to hold plant cuttings, stems, or roots, and a manifold mountable at or near a water line of the reservoir. One end of the lid may include a fan housing, and an opposite end may include ventilation holes. The reservoir may have a pump housing to hold a pump so that the pump does not become submerged in water, mitigating or preventing excess heat inside the cloner.
Growing systems and methods
Growing systems may include a number of modular growing chambers adapted to be configured in a stacked arrangement with each growing chamber surrounding a corresponding portion of the plant. The grow chambers may be selectively added or removed during plant growth, such that different sections of the growing plant may be influenced differently using aeroponic, hydroponic or other growing techniques. The grow chamber stack may be portable and provided with integrated or independent lifting devices to assist an operator in adding or removing chambers from the stack. Three growing processes may be facilitated using such systems. These include a process for producing assorted product from a single plant for simultaneous harvest, a process for producing an extended harvest of a desired size product from a single plant, and a process for extending the productive life of a plant and provide for multiple, continued, and perpetual harvest.

The method of the present invention can improve the content of notoginsenoside R1 in Panax notoginseng by the pretreatment of Panax notoginseng plants with the salicylic acid solution before harvesting, and can be used in large scale in the conventional cultivation method of Panax notoginseng so as to facilitate large-scale industrialization Production of notoginsenoside R1, to meet the market demand for notoginsenoside R1.
