A yoga paddleboard may include a yoga board body having a hole extending therethrough. The hole may be formed at the approximate lateral and longitudinal center of the paddleboard. The hole may be sized and configured to support a yoga ball pressed in the hole to establish an interfacing friction connection therebetween. The yoga ball may be used to perform yoga exercises while floating on the paddleboard. Alternative embodiments may include yoga ball supports configured to support yoga balls of different sizes and/or multiple yoga balls for use with the paddleboard.

The gaming system may be configured to allow a thrower to throw an object, and store tokens associated with the game within the object. This may allow for players of the game to readily and efficiently tabulate the score of a game. Embodiments may include a throwing object and tokens.

A computer-implemented method is disclosed that includes instructing a human player to perform a plurality of different actions in a determined order with a physical basketball, including actions of bouncing the physical basketball, and obtaining, with one or more electronic sensors, data that characterizes motion of the physical basketball being handled by the human player who is performing the instructed actions at a location. The method also includes communicating the data from the sensors to a console videogame system that is proximate to the location, and graphically representing, in a videogame displayed on a display device, performance by the human player, the performance being affected by the captured data, the representation of performance by the human player being compared against a standard of performance.

An inflatable solar-powered light is provided. The solar-powered light includes a bladder and a solar-powered light assembly disposed entirely within the bladder. The exercise ball chair stabilizes an exercise ball so that it can be used as a comfortable chair. While seated in the exercise ball chair, a user may perform seated-workout exercises. The exercise ball chair comprises a left support, a right support, and a ball retainer. The ball retainer pivots between a ball retention position and a ball release position. An exercise ball is placed in the chair such that the left support, the right support, and the ball retainer, in the ball retention position, capture the exercise ball and prevent it from rolling. A user may then sit on the exercise ball. A left adjustment knob and a right adjustment knob allow the ball retainer to be locked to prevent it from pivoting. With the adjustment knobs loosened, the ball retainer may be pivoted to the ball release position and the exercise ball may be removed.

The present invention relates generally to the field of exercise devices. More specifically, the present invention relates to a total home physical therapy device that can be used to perform physical therapy exercises. The device is primarily comprised of at least one handle, a body, at least one spring, and at least one ball. The handle can be held in the hand of the user such that the ball can be inflated and can be used for inner thigh strengthening exercises that can be performed in a seated or laying position.

The ball of the present invention is characterized by including at least one skin layer having water absorbability. The at least one skin layer may be formed of a water absorbent material, or may be formed so as to include a surface portion and a water absorbent outer skin adhered to at least a part of the surface portion. According to the ball of the present invention, a ball for competitions that can easily maintain water absorbency is provided while remaining durable even when used for a long time and not requiring man-hours during the manufacturing process.
