Dual-blade agricultural grinder
Systems and methods for a dual-blade agricultural grinder are disclosed. A dual blade grinder comprises a casing, a hopper, a cutting mechanism, a chute, and a display. The grinder is configured to cut a plant to a desired particle size. The casing is configured to provide rigid structural support for components of the grinder and provide a safety barrier between the user and the cutting mechanism. The hopper is configured to store and distribute a plant to the cutting mechanism. The cutting mechanism comprises a static blade with one or more serrated edges and one or more plain edges, a floating curved blade, and a particle screen. The display is configured to accept input from a user operating the grinder, and to control operational settings of the grinder. The grinder and its components may be comprised of a food-grade quality steel configured to resist bacterial growth.
Method for promoting growth and bioactive substances of Crepidiastrum denticulatum
A method for promoting growth and bioactive substances of Crepidiastrum denticulatum including performing a stress treatment on Crepidiastrum denticulatum during cultivation thereof, in which the stress treatment includes at least of applying visible light, drying, exposing to low temperature, irradiating ultraviolet rays, and applying a chemical elicitor.

DE-LEAFING APPARATUS FOR REMOVING LEAVES OF HARVESTABLE CROPS
A harvester selectively harvests edible crowns ready for harvesting. The harvester may include an imaging system for capturing image(s) of the edible crowns and a de-leafing component that removes leaves of the broccoli plant. For example, broccoli plants typically have an abundance of leaves that reside beneath, alongside of, and even above the edible crowns. The leaves may conceal the edible crowns and impact a quality of the image(s). The de-leafing component may be positioned in front of the imaging system, relative to a direction of travel of the harvester, to remove the leaves and isolate or expose the edible crown. Therein, the imaging system may image the edible crowns for use in determining whether the edible crowns are ready for harvesting.

Open system cryo tumble trimmer
A tumble trimmer system having a tumbler barrel with a perforated axle adapted for introducing a freezing agent such as liquid carbon dioxide or other liquefied gas adapted to flash freeze the plant material when infused into the mesh tumbler barrel, the mesh tumbler barrel adapted with mesh netting or screening for trimming and/or separating plant material enclosed therein, and with an open funnel or chute positioned below the tumbler barrel adapted to catch and direct trimmed and/or separated plant material exiting the tumbler barrel into a bin or container positioned under the funnel or chute, wherein the perforated axle comprises a plurality of perforations positioned around a circumference of and along an entire length of the axle.

Hand tool for cropping plants and methods of using the same
A hand cropping tool includes arm members that have handle portions and jaw portions. The jaw portions include curved surfaces that are at least partially covered by deformable materials. The hand cropping tool is configured to be moved from an open configuration in which the first and second jaw members are spaced apart from one another and a closed configuration in which at least a portion of the first jaw member is in contact with at least a portion of the second jaw member. In the closed configuration, the first and second deformable materials collectively define at least one first plant-receiving area.
