WEARABLE DEVICES WITH SPORTS IMPLEMENTS
20180110299 · 2018-04-26 ·

Disclosed herein are improved wearable devices with sports implements (e.g., hockey stick, tennis racket, golf club, etc.). A wearable device can be worn on any suitable part of a user's body (e.g., foot, leg, arm, etc.) or, alternatively, over a device (e.g., shoe) already worn on the user. The wearable device can be permanently affixed to a sports implement or, alternatively, can be adaptable with a sports implement selectable from a set of interchangeable sports implements. Such interchangeability can be provided by a coupling mechanism that is configured to detachably couple the wearable device to the sports implement. The coupling mechanism can include a receiver base integrated to a body of the wearable device and a complementary accessory base of the sports implement.

Extendable and Retractable Tennis Racquet
20180085648 · 2018-03-29 ·

One embodiment of an extendable and retractable tennis racquet contains a stringed area 01, throat 02, and shank 03 as one integral member. The handle is comprised of a shank inside of a hollow handle 05. A spring or flexible means 07 connects the shank to the hollow handle. When the racquet is swung, the centrifugal force generated pulls on the head assembly. The shank slides outward telescopically, thereby increasing the length of the racquet. At the end of the racquet swing, the restoring force of the spring overcomes the diminishing centrifugal force, which pulls the shank back to its retracted position. Other embodiments are described and shown.

A removable paddle attachment assembly is provided. The attachment assembly may include a attachment bracket terminating at opposing saddles, a handle saddle for engaging a first portion of a watercraft paddle and an activity saddle for engaging an activity device, whereby the activity device is removably yet rigidly secured to the watercraft paddle so that the activity device may be employed for game-playing and/or exercise-training purposes, while not impairing the performance and functionality of the watercraft paddle. The attachment bracket provides at least one attachment strap cleat so that a attachment strap may be stretched from one lateral surface of the attachment bracket to an opposing lateral surface thereof, thereby securely sandwiching the first and a second portion of the watercraft paddle against the handle saddle.

This is an improvement or change in tennis racket's strings position from the middle of the racket frame to the side of the tennis racket frame. An improvement in tennis racket to allow the player to create more and faster ball spins and to reduce errors in the game. A tennis racket with strings on both the sides of the frame, or only on one side of the tennis racket frame is my invention.

If not acceptable to the tennis authorities or player, a tennis racket frame with cross section diamond shape to allow the manufacturer to make the smallest possible size of tennis racket frame, so that players can create more and faster ball spins and reduce errors in their games.

Grommet strip

The present invention relates to a grommet strip for a racket for ball games, wherein the grommet strip comprises a longitudinal direction and a plurality of grommets 1 comprising grommet through-holes 2, wherein each of the grommets 1 defines a grommet axis A and each of the grommet through-holes 2 defines a hole axis B, wherein the grommet axes A and the hole axes B extend substantially parallel to each other and wherein the hole axes B of some grommets are offset with respect to the grommet axes A thereof in the longitudinal direction of the grommet strip.
