An apparatus for storing equipment is disclosed. The apparatus has a housing including a plurality of members configured to rotate relative to each other, about an attachment portion of the plurality of members, between a closed position forming an interior cavity and an open position, an assembly attached to the housing and configured to rotate relative to the housing, a shaping member attached to one of the plurality of members and configured to rotate relative to the one of the plurality of members, and at least one aperture extending through the one of the plurality of members. The shaping member is configured to removably receive the equipment.

A golf tracking system including a tag coupled to a golf club. The tag includes a plurality of sensors, each which output a signal based on a detected movement of the golf club, a microcontroller that compares each of the plurality of sensor outputs to stored reference sensor output values, and a transceiver that transmits data corresponding to the sensor outputs to a device remote from the tag based on the comparison performed by the microcontroller. The location-aware device then processes the information received from the tag to determine whether a shot should be registered.

A golf bag includes a collapsible sub-assembly including a divider top and a base, a plurality of first snap-fit connectors provided around a portion of an outer perimeter of the divider top, and a flat having a divider top end opposite a base end, an interior side, and an exterior side. The flat includes a plurality of second snap-fit connectors provided along a portion of the divider top end. A sub-assembly for a golf bag includes a divider top having an outer ring and a plurality of apertures, and a leg mounting bracket having a mounting channel and a plurality of retention members extending into the mounting channel. A portion of the outer ring is received in the mounting channel and each of the plurality of apertures receives one of the plurality of retention members to form a snap-fit connection.

Described herein is a golf bag with a sub-assembly and a stand assembly that together form a carry bag. The sub-assembly can comprise a divider top, a base, a divider sleeve, one or more stays that secure the base to the divider top, and a flat. The stand assembly can comprise a pair of legs, a spring, a pair of brackets for attaching the spring to the legs, and a pair of leg end cap protectors. When strapped to a golf cart, a golf bag can rub against portions of the cart, wearing paint off the legs. The instant golf bag comprises leg end cap protectors that can prevent wear on an upper portion of the legs. Furthermore, the stand assembly can be shipped disconnected from the sub-assembly to allow the sub-assembly to collapse and reduce shipping box size.

A combination golf towel holder both clamps the towel and provides for moistening the towel while it is clamped. The device has a front portion that includes an upper part that includes a reservoir and a lower clamp portion. A generally planar back plate that is attached to the upper part of the front portion, and has a lower jaw part that acts with the lower clamp portion to hold the towel. Water or another aqueous liquid is injected via an orifice in the back of the front portion when a squeeze bulb is depressed. The unit can be hung from a golf bag or golf cart so the towel is ready for use during play on the golf course.
