In one embodiment, a horseshoe projectile device having configurable aerodynamics is provided, the horseshoe projectile device comprising: a horseshoe comprising an open end and a closed end, wherein the closed end comprises a mounting point for receiving a shaft; the shaft comprising a first end, a second end, and a body, wherein the first end of the shaft connects to the mounting point of the horseshoe; and a tail fin comprising a bore that receives the body of the shaft and having a plurality of wings extending outward from the bore.

Light sources in the ball holder light charge a glow-in-the-dark ball.
