Disclosed herein is a golf club head that comprises a body. At least a portion of the body is made of a titanium alloy. The golf club head also comprises a large weight, coupled to the sole portion of the body and made of a steel alloy. A mass of the large weight is at least 40% of a mass of the portion of the body made of the titanium alloy. A total mass of the large weight and the portion of the body made of the titanium alloy is at least 210 grams.

A method is provided for fabricating a unitary element, such as an exercise weight, including a composite material. The method includes providing a plurality of solid fragments including at least one non-thermoplastic material. The method further includes providing a plurality of solid particles including at least one thermoplastic polymer and/or elastomer material, at least 75% of the solid fragments having sizes in a fragment size range from zero to 32 millimeters and at least 75% of the solid particles having sizes in a article size range from zero to 1.5 millimeters. The method further includes forming a mixture of the plurality of solid fragments and the plurality of solid particles, the mixture including 90% to 20% of the fragments by volume and 10% to 80% of the particles by volume. The method further includes molding or extruding the mixture into a unitary element through the application of heat and/or pressure.

In one example, a muscle exercise device includes a first arm, a second arm rotatably connected to the first arm, and the second arm and first arm configured to cooperatively define a recess. The muscle exercise device also includes a resistance element configured to reside in the recess and be compressed between the first arm and the second arm, and a wireless transmitter disposed in either the first arm or the second arm, wherein the wireless transmitter is responsive to communications from an app residing on a user device.

Embodiments of golf club heads, golf clubs, and methods to manufacture golf club heads and golf clubs are generally described herein. In one example, a golf club head includes a body portion having a center cavity portion, a toe-side cavity portion, a heel-side cavity portion, a first port on the body portion connected to the toe-side cavity portion, a second port on the body portion connected to the heel-side cavity portion, a first filler material in the center cavity portion, and a second filler material in the toe-side cavity portion and the heel-side cavity portion. The toe-side cavity portion is at least partially filled with the second filler material from the first port or the second port, and heel-side cavity portion is at least partially filled with the second filler material from the first port or second port. A glove for a goalkeeper includes a base knit and a plurality of fingers. Two or more of the fingers can include a compression knit area configured to be located circumjacent the proximal interphalangeal joint of the fingers of a wearer. A wrist collar with a compression knit area can be configured to be located circumjacent the radiocarpal joint of a wearer. The compression knit areas of the fingers and the wrist collar can be configured to provide support to the fingers and wrist of a wearer, respectively, in a manner similar to athletic tape.
