Sports training apparatus
An apparatus for training athletes having two supporting structures. The first structure has a base that can rest on a surface and walls that extend upward from the base to an upper end, defining an interior space. The walls incorporate a bar connector above the base designed to connect to and support one end of a bar. The walls have supporting elements above the base and below the upper end of the walls. The second structure has walls that are configured so that the lower end of the walls can engage the supporting elements of the first structure so that the second structure is supported by the first structure above the supporting elements. The second structure has a bar connector at the same height as the height of the bar connector of the first structure configured to connect to and support the other end of the bar.
Functional training rig kit
A functional training rig kit includes a box and a plurality of components adapted to fit within the box. At least some of the components and the box include elements by which the components are adapted to be attached to the outside of the box to provide at least one functional training rig attached to the outside of the box.
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING RIG KIT

At least some of the components and the box include elements by which the components are adapted to be attached to the outside of the box to provide at least one functional training rig attached to the outside of the box.
Portable and stowable vertical knee raise exercise apparatus and system
A vertical knee raise machine that is portable, which can be folded into a compact unit for storage but than be quickly and easily set up for use. The machine includes a foldable tripod base and folding arms to allow it to be folded up for ease of storage.
MULTI-PURPOSE ADJUSTABLE-INCLINE CLIMBING WALL
Embodiments of the present invention are directed to an adjustable-incline climbing wall. The climbing wall comprises one or more climbing panels supported by a frame and a system for adjusting the incline of the frame to provide a climbing wall of a desired incline. The incline of the climbing wall may be adjusted by activating an actuator, which extends the upper portion of the frame a distance from a support wall, tilting the climbing wall to a desired incline. When the climbing wall is substantially vertically oriented, the system for adjusting the incline of the climbing wall may extend only a small distance from the support wall so that the adjustable-incline climbing wall has a relatively small footprint. In some embodiments, the climbing wall may also comprise one or more fitness accessories that can brought to an optimal height for a particular user through adjustment of the climbing wall incline.
LOW FRICTION REHABILITATION BOARD WITH AN INTEGRAL BAND RETAINING FEATURE AND METHODS OF REHABILITATION
A low friction rehabilitation board having an integral band retaining feature is described. The rehabilitation board may have a coefficient of static friction of no more than about 0.5 and in some embodiments no more than about 0.06. The rehabilitation board has a plurality of band retaining feature configured along one or both ends and may be an integral band retaining features being formed in the board. Additionally, the rehabilitation may include one or more band retaining features on one or both sides of the board. The unique configuration of the band retaining features enables rehabilitation method heretofore not possible with a single board. Resistance bands may be retained in the band retaining features and coupled to a users limb, such as a foot or ankle, to resist motion, such as sliding or extending the foot along the low friction surface of the rehabilitation board.
Exercise device configured for attachment to a desk, table, countertop or similar article
An exercise unit includes a pair of brackets configured to attach to a desktop in a spaced manner, a first set of resistance bands extend from a handle to the two spaced brackets in a horizontal orientation with the handle near a mid-point thereof. When attached to the desktop, the brackets maintain the resistance bands and handle generally underneath the desktop when not in use. When needed, the user grips the handle with two hands and performs various exercises while seated in his or her chair. The handle is configured ergonomically to match the angle of the user's hands when gripping the handle from a seated position. As second set of resistance bands with handles at one end thereof may be attached to the brackets to perform additional exercises.
Weightlifting Assembly
A weightlifting assembly includes a wall mount bracket configured for mounting to a wall surface and a weightlifting rack assembly connected to the wall mount bracket. The weightlifting rack assembly may have various configurations, including a foldable weight rack assembly, a pull-up bar, a fixed weightlifting rack, a wall-mount weightlifting rack, or various other configurations. The wall mount bracket may be elongated along a lateral width thereof and may have a first mounting region and a second mounting region spaced from each other along the lateral width the wall mount bracket. The wall mount bracket may also include a central panel that is spaced from the wall surface to provide clearance for fasteners for connection to the weightlifting rack assembly, and in some embodiments, the weightlifting rack assembly may be connected to multiple wall mount panels.
