Devices and methods for printing on boards
A device of the present disclosure has a board reception plate coupled on a first side to a first side plate and coupled on a second side to a second side plate, and the board reception plate is adapted for supporting a board. The apparatus further has a first spring-loaded sliding bar coupled to the first side plate that has a first channel for receiving a first edge of the board and a second spring-loaded sliding bar coupled to the second side plate that has a second channel for receiving a second edge of the board.
FOAM PRODUCT
A foam product includes a foam core, a soft skin covering the foam core, and a base structure on which the foam core is disposed. The foam core of expanded beads has an outer surface on which some outermost beads of the expanded beads are exposed and bulging outward with different heights to form a bubbly texture. The foam skin has an inner surface attached to the outer surface of the foam core, and has at its inner surface a plurality of concave cavities each matedly surrounding a respective one of the bulging, outermost beads on the outer surface of the foam core.
Board sports structural element
A sports board comprises, at a minimum, a top layer, a bottom layer, and a core in between them. A structural element with puzzle piece shape fits into a correspondingly shaped seat formed by the core, in between the top and bottom layers. The shape of the structural element prevents the structural element from being dislodged by shock forces frequently associated with use of the board. Machined or molded features are provided that penetrate or partially penetrate the structural element. These features, which are filled or included with resin, adhesive or another chemical bonding agent, resist horizontal shearing between the structural element, the core, and the top and bottom layers. A leading portion of the structural element protrudes out from in between the top and bottom layers, forming a bumper that acts as the first point of contact between the board and the ground or an obstacle.
SKI BINDING EQUIPMENT
The present disclosure relates to a binding equipment for binding a hard-shell boot comprising a profiled bottom surface to a ski, the ski comprising a bottom surface to be directed towards a gliding element and a top surface to be directed towards the boot, wherein the binding equipment is configured to adapt the top surface of the ski to the profiled bottom surface of the boot.
Snow rider
The Snow Rider provides two separate platforms, each equipped with a pair of truck mounted skis, interconnected via a centerline articulated spar. Each platform undergoes an angle change before articulating with the trucks. This angle change is referred to herein as the truck angle, which determines the degree to which the skis turn relative to the long axis of the Snow Rider for a given amount of rotation of the platform about the centerline. The trucks translate leaning by the rider into a redirection of the skis, which through the use of ski riser mechanisms between the platforms and skis, are simultaneously rotated about their long axis to get the skis up on edge and in contact with the snow.
Snow Sled Leg Apparatus And Method Of Use Thereof
A sled leg for a sled leg apparatus that has a sled body and a user attachment structure. The sled body has a base with an upper surface and lower surface, a nose and a tail. The nose includes an upwardly inclined portion. The lower surface is structurally configured to slide along an outside surface of relatively low friction. The upper surface is structurally configured to receive a shin of a user. The user attachment structure extends from opposing sides of the sled body. The user attachment structure is structurally configured to sandwich a leg of a user between the user attachment structure and the sled body, to, in turn, maintain the sled body in the desired position.
Adjustable camber snow-gliding board
A snow-gliding board with adjustable camber includes a mobile actuator attached to a first portion of the board and an adjustment mechanism attached to a second portion of the board. The adjustment mechanism and mobile actuator are engaged, and travel of the mobile actuator with respect to the adjustment mechanism causes a change in camber of the snow-gliding board.
Snow scooters
A snow scooter includes (a) a gliding board extending along a board axis and having at least one anchoring zone; and (b) an edging control assembly mounted to the board for controlling an edging angle of the board. The edging control assembly includes (i) a control bar projecting upwardly from the board and (ii) a torque-transmission assembly including an anchoring structure fastened to the at least one anchoring zone, and a torsion bar extending generally parallel to the board axis between a free end rotationally fixed to a lower end of the control bar and an anchored end rotationally fixed to a coupling section of the anchoring structure for applying a tilting torque to the at least one anchoring zone about the board axis in response to a lateral force applied to the control bar by a rider.
