Knee Pad With Rollers
A knee pad with rollers includes an upper leg portion with straps configured to adjustably secure the upper leg portion to the wearer's thigh, a knee portion with straps configured to adjustably secure the knee portion over one of the wearer's knees, and at least one flexible connector that connects the upper leg portion to the lower knee portion. Spherical rollers are disposed within sockets on a front face of the lower knee portion. Each spherical roller is configured to freely rotate within its respective socket. The wearer may wear the knee pad with the rollers installed so that they can easily and comfortably maneuver in any direction while supporting themselves on their knees. Additionally, the rollers can be selectively removed in situations where it is desirable to utilize a static or stationary knee supporting surface.
Bumper apparatus for a board vehicle
A bumper apparatus is coupled to a board vehicle to protect the periphery of the board vehicle from damage and wear. The board vehicle includes a board with a top surface, a bottom surface, a front end, a rear end, and a pair of side ends. The bumper apparatus includes a bent elongated member extending along the periphery of the board vehicle and having a front portion continuously connected to a rear portion by a pair of side portions, and a primary crossbar connecting the pair of side portions of the elongated member together and coupled to the board. The bent elongated member serves as a barrier along the front, rear and side ends of the board vehicle.
SKATEBOARD TRUCK HAVING ARCUATE PIVOT SURFACE
An improved skateboard truck includes a baseplate, a hanger, and a kingpin assembly for securing the hanger to the baseplate. A first pivot surface is associated with the baseplate. A pivot plate is associated with the hanger. The pivot plate has an outer edge that defines a second pivot surface. The baseplate and the hanger are configured such that the second pivot surface engages the first pivot surface when the hanger is secured to the baseplate by the kingpin assembly. One of or both the first pivot surface and the second pivot surface has an arcuate profile that allows the baseplate to rock from side to side relative to the hanger.
HUMAN-MACHINE INTERACTION VEHICLE
A human-machine interaction vehicle includes a vehicle body and a pair of wheels coupled with the vehicle body. The vehicle body includes a support frame, at least one pedal disposed on the support frame, a first position sensor, and a controller. The support frame is rotatably connected to the wheels. The first position sensor is configured to detect attitude information of the two pedals relative to the support frame. The actuation device drives the wheels to rotate based on the attitude information. The human-machine interaction vehicle includes a support frame, and the pedal is arranged on the support frame independently.
Transportation device with pivoting axle
Devices and methods of transport are disclosed. Various embodiments include structural aspects related to steering and changing the direction of conveyances including features which utilize leaning or shifting of weight as part of turning.

Modular activity board
An apparatus for receiving one or more activity attachments including a deck having one or more openings along a long axis of the deck and between the top surface and the bottom surface of the deck. Each of the one or more openings having a circular aperture for receiving an accessory of a set of accessories. Each accessory of the set of accessories providing an activity for a user of the activity. Each accessory having an attachment platform configured to attach the accessory to the board. The attachment platform having a locking mechanism to engaging with a complementary locking mechanism of the board.
Electric skateboard with strain-based controls and methods
An electric weight sensing skateboard using one or more strain gauge systems to detect rider-induced strain on one or both trucks, an inertial sensor to detect accelerations and balance position, and wheel speed sensors. Throttle is controlled by rider position, for example, lean forward to increase speed, lean back to slow down. Several drive methods include a driver position detection velocity setpoint control, torque setpoint control, and direct velocity/torque control. A throttle remote is note required. Rider weight activates the motors.
Board apparatus with a pivot wheel for traversing inclines
A board apparatus that a user can ride and use to traverse inclines is disclosed. The board apparatus comprises an elongated board with a pivot wheel protruding through the board. A user of the board apparatus can stand on the board with feet in front and behind the pivot wheel, balancing a substantial portion of their weight on the pivot wheel. By adjusting their weight on the pivot wheel, the user is able to control the board's direction of travel. The board apparatus may further comprise a brake apparatus integrated to the pivot wheel that allows the user to maintain control over their speed as the board apparatus gains momentum going down an incline. The board apparatus may further comprise low friction elements at their front and/or rear ends to assist in maintaining momentum if the front or rear end comes into contact with the ground or an obstacle.
Suspension systems for an electric skateboard
A self-propelled, one-wheeled vehicle may include a suspension system configured to dampen up and down motion of a board relative to the axle of a central wheel assembly when the vehicle encounters obstacles and bumps on a riding surface. Illustrative suspension systems include a shock absorber, a rocker, a pushrod, bell cranks, and/or a swingarm that couple the axle to the board. The suspension system may be disposed completely below a foot deck of the vehicle.
