In one aspect, a modular board exercise system includes a skateboard. The skateboard includes a deck. The deck includes a plurality of hookable portions, and a pair of skateboard trucks coupled with a bottom side of the deck. The skateboard truck includes a pair of skateboard wheels. The system includes a plurality of resistance bands includes an elastic resistance band, a handle coupled with the distal end of the elastic resistance band, and a connecter clip coupled with the proximate end of the elastic resistance band. The connecter clip is attachable to one of the hookable portions. The system includes a stopper base. The stopper base includes a flat pad having a pair of grooves configured to hold each pair of skateboard wheels in a fixed position.

A lift kit assembly includes a pair of axle cup bracket portions each adapted to accept an axle end and adjustably mount to a side rail or frame of a motorized skateboard on either side of a wheel whereby the axle of a motorized skateboard may be lowered or raised as desired by a user.

A traction system comprising interchangeable hollow kick tails, mounting plates and traction pad material for mounting to the deck of a surfboard and skateboard, and a skateboard uniquely designed to have the same arched deck as a typical surfboard so that said mounting plates can be used to mount the hollow kick tails to surfboards and said skateboard. The kick tails are configured with a ramped face angled optimally for surfing. Different variations include a ramp to a flat top, a ramp to a vertical face, a ramp to an angled overhang and a ramp to a horizontal overhang. The wide ramp area design in the kick tails provides support for the entire rear foot while surfing and helps the surfer perform aggressive maneuvers without falling. The interchangeable kick tails can be removed from a surfboard and attached to a surfer's skateboard or removed from their skateboard.

The case also includes an outer layer, formed of self-reinforcing polypropylene (srPP), arranged to cover an outer surface of at least part of the inner portion. In further embodiments, the cover is formed of two or more sections that may be arranged to at least partially overlap, wherein adjusting the overlap of the at least two sections changes the dimensions of an inner cavity within the cover or case. The case may be telescoping, in order to provide adjustable dimensions for a cavity within the case.

The invention discloses a torque strengthening device for land surfboard adapters, comprising an upper connecting plate and a lower connecting plate, wherein a number of tension springs are connected between the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate; the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate are provided with the same number of evenly arranged spring connecting blocks on the side facing the tension springs; the number of the tension springs is twice the number of the spring connecting blocks on the upper connecting plate, and each of the spring connecting blocks is provided with two spring connecting holes; the spring connecting blocks of the upper connecting plate and the spring connecting blocks on the lower connecting plate are alternately arranged. The invention can replace tension springs with different torques to obtain different surfing feelings.
