Reflex training device
A reflexive training device having a rotating member that rotates around an axis while also traveling perpendicular to the plain of rotation to present the rotating member at variable vertical locations during use.
Sub-irrigated tennis court
A sub-irrigation system includes a special water distribution assembly that is able to rapidly disperse water underneath a court surface. The system has a water distribution assembly with a water channel and permeable fabric covering. The system also includes an electronic control system to monitor and maintain a desired moisture content of a court. Inevitable variations resulting from manual and gravity fed water control only are moderated or eliminated by the automatic control herein.

Post-tension running track
A running track includes a reinforced concrete slab base that is poured over and around post-tensioning cables suspended therein. The post-tensioning cables include transverse cables that extend transversely across the base, and lengthwise cable structures extending lengthwise through the base. Each lengthwise cable structure includes a series of individual segments that are joined end-to-end to form respective continuous loops and are individually tensioned. The lengthwise cable structures thus exert compressive forces on the base that are continuous and uninterrupted about the circumferential length of the track. The lengthwise cable segments are joined/tensioned from within voids initially formed within the concrete base and, after tensioning, these voids are filled with concrete to provide a concrete base having a uniform top surface that can also be covered in a running surface.

Structural/constructional element for floor systems
A structural element, including a base portion and a connecting central pin, has its base portion formed hallow, and having an internal reinforcement in the shape of WOW or MOM, to connect these elements with an insertable central pin so that the cross-section of the pin corresponds to the shape of the chamber between the reinforcements, when the upper surface of the structural element has longitudinal grooves, and is made from a modified polymer or elastomeric material comprising India rubber mixtures. The foundation is monomer ethylene propylene diene or natural rubber or styrene-butadiene rubber and/or combinations of the natural rubber/styrene-butadiene rubber, or thermoplastic elastomers, whose base is monomer ethylene-propylene-diene or polypropylene/monomer ethylene-propylene-diene or polyvinylchloride, or thermoplastic vulcanizates, whose base is monomer ethylene-propylene-diene and polyethylene or natural and/or synthetic rubber, modified by polyethylene or polypropylene.

Non-permanent whitewater water course
The invention relates to a white-water river, comprising a river bed capable of guiding a current of water between an upper inlet of the bed and a lower outlet of the bed, and including water-feeding means for injecting a stream of water at the upper inlet of the bed. The river bed is made up of a series of individual bed modules, adjacent to one another, and assembled via respective transverse contact surfaces. The individual bed modules are supported via a lower surface by a modular lattice bearing structure.

Information-presentation structure with impact-sensitive color change by light emission
A variable-color region (106) of an information-presentation structure extends to an exposed surface (102) at a surface zone (112) and normally appears along it as a principal color. An impact-dependent portion (138) of the variable-color region responds to an object (104) impacting the zone at an object-contact area (116) by temporarily emitting light suitable for forming color different from the principal color if the impact meets threshold impact criteria such that the impact-dependent portion temporarily appears along a print area (118) of the zone as changed color materially different from the principal color. The print area closely matches the object-contact area in size, shape, and location. Use of light emission to produce the temporary color change is advantageous because the changed color can be virtually any possible visible color.
