Billiard Table Lighting
A billiard table top lighting apparatus provides substantially uniform lighting across the surface of a billiard table surface. In one form, the lighting apparatus includes a frame supporting lights that are non-centrally placed such that no lights are supported above a middle portion of the billiard table surface. So configured, the frame can have an attractive profile and further mount additional items above the billiard table surface to enable a variety of other features. For example, the frame may support one or more cameras, one or more motion sensors, one or more microphones, and/or one or more computing devices to enable any of a variety of innovative features. Such features could include automatic game play recording from one or more perspectives, merged video track storage for replay, review, and analysis, automatic lighting and dimming control, control of the apparatus from any mobile device, and the like.
A Billiard Training Device to Control the Cue Ball After Impacting a Target Ball
This invention relates to a device for playing billiards or pool. The device allows having control over the cue ball after impacting the target ball what is generally called English. The invention presents different stackable layers that enable the player to perform the following billiard shots: a) two Draw Shots, b) one Stop Shot, c) one Stun Shot and d) two Follow Shots. The stackable layers connect to each other by magnets and securing knobs, and the device contains in the bottom layer a sliding panel to always place the cue ball in the center of the concave groove of the device. In addition, the device has a multiple rail spins labeled at its top layer guiding the player shooting the cue ball in different directions. In another embodiment the device contains a sole piece including a sliding panel to place the cue ball in the center of the concave groove of the device and multiple rail spins labeled at its top.
Billiard Table with Dining Table Conversion-top
An embodiment of an improved design of a billiard table set with a dining table conversion-top, containing a billiard table with movably attached dining top segments, designed to eliminate inconvenient removal and storage of removable tabletop segments. The billiard dining table set furthermore contains benches featuring a custom height adopted to enable comfortable seating and foldable legs that enable storage of the benches under the dining table. Other embodiments are described and illustrated.

GAME TABLE INCLUDING AT LEAST ONE STABILIZER LEG
A game table including a tabletop and at least one stabilizer leg for stabilizing said tabletop, the leg having a body, a rod mounted to move in translation relative to the body between a retracted position and an extended position, and a shoe carried by a distal end of the rod.
BILLIARDS BALL RACK
A ball rack for positioning and arranging billiards balls is disclosed. The ball rack includes a formation-shaping frame, having a pair of frame arms. Further the formation-shaping frame is coupled to a billiards-ball door. The ball rack further includes a pair of rear portions provided on each respective frame arm. Further a pair of door supports are provided on the pair of the rear portions. Each door support extends upwardly from the pair of frame arms and is configured to receive a door shaft, a door panel coupled to the door shaft, and a biasing spring configured to move the billiards-ball door between an opened position, and a closed position about a door pivot axis. The ball rack as disclosed may further include a spherical protrusion mounted on the pair of arms. The spherical protrusion enables easy sliding of ball rack without disturbing the tightly racked balls.
FOLDABLE SELF-ALIGNING BILLIARD BALL RACK
A billiard ball rack for racking 3 or more billiard balls is provided, comprising a base arm and two side arms configured to enable the billiard ball rack to be foldable and self-aligning. The inner surfaces of the base arms and the side arms are tapered at an angle relative to a top surface of the billiard ball rack, and the arms are pivotally connected to one another and configured such that when the billiard rack is positioned around a set of billiard balls and downward pressure is applied, the base arm and side arms of the billiard rack automatically adjust to form an equilateral triangle. The billiard ball rack is also configured to be folded compactly to fit within standard pool cue cases while the arms remain interconnected. Methods of using the billiard ball rack for racking billiard balls are also provided.
Training device for cue sports
A training device and method of use for positioning balls on the playing surface of cue sport game tables such as billiards is provided herein, to assist players in making practice shots to enhance their playing skills and techniques. The training device includes a central base and a pair of triangularly shaped ramps. The central base includes a rectangular bottom surface, first and second pentagonal side walls extending perpendicularly from the rectangular bottom surface. The pair of triangularly shaped ramps rotatably coupled to the central base on opposite sides of the first and second pentagonal side walls Each ramp includes first and second ramp edges extending acutely from a corner distal the central base. The pair of triangularly shaped ramps are configured to rotate about the central base between a first configuration associated with a first launch location and a second configuration associated with a second launch location.
Apparatus for displaying and supporting pool cues
A pool cue holder includes a housing having a set of four, circumferentially spaced-apart openings configured to receive the distal end of a pool cue. The dimension, position, and shape of the openings are selected such that when the proximal end of each pool cue is positioned in a different corner of a pool table and the corresponding distal end of each pool cue is inserted through a different one of the one of the four openings in the housing, the housing will be supported directly over the center of the pool table. A receptacle containing a light source may be secured to the bottom of the housing. The bottom wall of the receptacle may have cut-outs arranged in a decorative pattern that allows light from the light source to illuminate the pool table in an interesting fashion.
