APPARATUS AND METHODS FOR ATTACHING OBJECTS TO TREES
20170114953 · 2017-04-27 ·

Devices and methods for attaching objects to living trees. Various forms of the devices employ a flexible member and mounting member that are configured to be looped and secured around a tree portion at a beginning of a predetermined time period. The mounting member and flexible member are configured to slide relative to each other to accommodate growth of the tree portion such that the device remains secured to the tree portion for at least the duration of the predetermined period of time without the need for human intervention. In other embodiments, the mounting member is integrally formed with the object or no mounting member is employed.

Sprayable non-woven fiber barrier to non-gaseous materials
09603312 · 2017-03-28 · ·

Disclosed is a sprayable nonwoven fiber weed barrier comprising an aqueous solution of nonwoven fibers and polymer binder. The aqueous solution can be directly sprayed onto the soil to suppress weed penetration through the soil. The sprayable nonwoven fiber weed barrier has a pore structure that allows water to penetrate into the soil, but curbs the growth of weeds.

Water diverting silicone rubber universal fit downspout extension
09598868 · 2017-03-21 ·

A gutter downspout extension, extruded from a medium to high density silicone rubber material for diverting water from a foundation of a structure. The silicone rubber material has a sufficient density to resist abrasion or cutting by filament line weed trimmers. The silicone rubber material has sufficient elasticity to allow the end of the downspout extension to be stretched over the end of a gutter downspout.

AUTOMATED WIDE-RANGING (LARGE-SCALE) ANTI-HAIL PROTECTION METHOD AND A NETWORK
20170055464 · 2017-03-02 ·

The present invention relates to hail warning and prevention.

An automated method of wide-ranging anti-hail protection including reception of sky proper radiothermal emission in M sites, its comparison with corresponding thresholds, generation command signals to detonate combustible gas and to direct shock waves upwardly to the sky, generation and transmission alert signals, reception of transmitted alert signals in each M sites, comparison with proper code-signals of that site and setting alert operational mode of sonic generator.

An automated network of anti-hail protection including M hail preventing sonic set in M sites of anti-hail protection area any of which comprises an antenna, a radiometric receiver, a controlled compensation device, a controlled multi-channel threshold system, a warner a transmitter, a receiver, a code-signal comparison device, a first controlling switcher, a controlled single-channel thresholder and a second controlling switcher.

It is enhanced operation efficiency and is automated exploitation of an anti-hail protection network.
