CHOREOGRAPHED RIDE SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A ride vehicle includes a riding assembly configured to carry a rider, a base configured to couple to the riding assembly, and a control system configured to control the coordination of movements of the ride vehicle with movements of separate ride vehicles. The base includes a surface movement system configured to move the ride vehicle along a surface, a vertical movement system configured to move the riding assembly vertically relative to the base, and a roll system configured to move the riding assembly angularly relative to the base.
Mechatronic safety system for amusement rides, and in particular roller coasters, carousels and the like
A device for increasing the safety of amusement rides, in particular carousels, roller coasters or the like, and comprising at least one mechatronic system, characterized in that the mechatronic system comprises means for taking over completely or at least partially the function, in particular the support function, of a mechanic component in the event of a defect thereof and to detect said taking over and to provide an error signal.

Motion simulation amusement park attraction
A motion simulator ride assembly includes a motion base and a rider support assembly positioned beneath and coupled to the motion base. The rider support assembly includes a plurality of rider support units, each rider support unit of the one or more rider support units having an inversion table having a surface that may abut a rider. The inversion table may rotate about an axis to transition between a loading configuration and a ride configuration and the ride configuration positions the rider in a substantially facedown position. Each rider support unit also includes a restraint system that may secure the rider onto the inversion table. The restraint system includes a first moveable restraint and a second moveable restraint that are each coupled to the inversion table and the first and second moveable restraints may move relative to the surface to move the first and second movable restraints from an unrestrained configuration to a restrained configuration. The motion simulator ride assembly also includes a display screen that may project a simulated environment. The display screen is positioned below the motion base.
Annular motion simulation amusement park attraction
A simulator ride may include an annular structure forming at least a partial annulus on which a path is implemented. Additionally, the simulator ride may include a headset with a display designed to be worn by a passenger. A passenger support system may be coupled to the path of the annular structure and designed to move along the path and rotate about a center axis of the annular structure when in operation. Additionally, the annular structure may be configured to be articulated in one or more degrees of freedom.
Spinning amusement device
A spinning amusement device is provided which may include a first arm coupled to an opposing second arm. A neck aperture may be disposed centrally between the first arm and the second arm. A first seat may be coupled to the first arm, and a second seat may be coupled to the second arm. Preferably, the device may be used by an adult user who may position their neck in the neck aperture, a first child user received in the first seat in a seated position, and a second child received in the second seat also in a seated position. The adult user may rotate the device, preferably by rotating their own body with the first arm and second arm, and the two children may therefore be spun or rotated while the majority of the centrifugal force of the children is borne by the device and by the children which are in a seated position.

Moving walkway with segments
In one embodiment, a system includes a plurality of extension modules coupled to a movable circuit, where each extension module of the plurality of extension modules contain a respective walking segment. Each extension module of the plurality of extension modules is also configured to extend the respective walking segment away from the movable circuit. The system also includes a controller configured to activate a set of extension modules of the plurality of extension modules to adjust a position of corresponding walking segments based on a position of a vehicle, where the corresponding walking segments are configured to substantially abut a surface of the vehicle to facilitate loading and unloading of passengers from the vehicle.
Loading turntable systems and methods
An attraction loading system is provided that includes a turntable configured to rotate about a vertical axis. A ride vehicle is configured to travel along a loading path disposed about a perimeter of the turntable. A first track switch of the system is disposed along the loading path to direct the ride vehicle to a main portion of the loading path from an attraction path, or to direct the ride vehicle to the main portion of the loading path from a secondary portion of the loading path. A second track switch of the system is disposed along the loading path to direct the ride vehicle from the main portion of the loading path to the attraction path, or to direct the ride vehicle from the main portion of the loading path to the secondary portion of the loading path.
VARIABLE VEHICLE RIDE SWITCH
A variable vehicle ride switch in accordance with present embodiments includes a base configured to rotate with respect to a ride surface. The variable vehicle ride switch also includes a conveyor positioned on the base that can actuate relative to the base to move a ride vehicle towards or away from an outer edge of the base and to change an angle or orientation of the at least one conveyor within the base, e.g., to rotate within the base. The variable vehicle ride switch also includes a controller configured to receive an activation signal to cause the base to rotate and to actuate the conveyor.
