Propagating sound through bodies of water, to generate and direct wind, for the purpose of moderating and affecting weather patterns
This invention claims a patent on the process of propagating soundwaves through bodies of water, such as oceans, to produce and direct winds, for the purpose of managing aerial weather systems. Propagating soundwaves within water can generate and direct wind for many purposes. One purpose is to effectively weaken storms, by directing wind-shear against a storm's momentum, and stripping it of precipitation. Another purpose is to guide atmospheric rivers, and manually re-direct clouds in the precipitation cycle. This inventive process grants methods to mitigate dangerous weather patterns, such as droughts and hurricanes. The invention introduces a new subject matter that distinguishes it from other inventions relevant to underwater acoustics: manual processes to moderate weather.

Pollutant capturer and mobilizer
Disclosed are a pollutant capturer and mobilizer and method of mobilizing a polluted gaseous substance from one location towards another location and capturing one or multiple types of polluting substances, such as CO.sub.2, from an atmospheric body of polluted gaseous substance or from exhaust of vehicles, chimneys, or stacks and thereby combat the negative health, environmental, and economic impacts of the of the polluting substances on communities. Wet or dry embodiments of the pollutant capturer and mobilizer utilize wet or dry pollutant capturing components, respectively, to capture one or multiple types of polluting substances from a body of polluted gaseous substance. Flow establishing devices can be used to set the body of polluted gaseous substance in motion through the pollutant capturing component. The pollutant capturer and mobilizer may also be mounted on any type of vehicles, with or without using flow establishing devices.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROACTIVE AND REVERSIBLE MITIGATION OF STORM/HURRICANE/TYPHOON/CYCLONE
A water surface system for mitigation of tropical storms or hurricanes/typhoons/cyclones, the water surface system comprising one or more floating objects capable of minimizing water temperature increase due to sun irradiation and water evaporation and one or more boom-like structures capable of containing the floating objects in a designated area. For effective mitigation, the designated areas are the origins and paths historically most often occurred of storms/hurricanes/typhoons/cyclones.
Method for shading fixed tracts of land using flying objects
This invention is to provide a method to entirely and effectively shade fixed tracts of land, such as school yard or athletics stadium, etc., with no roof, pole to support roof, or the like. To fix a sheet to multiple flying objects so that such sheet forms a fixed size of surface and make such flying objects fly in accordance with flying positions (including heights) decided based on elements, such as positions of the sun, etc.
EXHAUST WATER VAPOR MANAGEMENT FOR HYDROGEN FUEL CELL-POWERED AIRCRAFT
An aircraft includes a fuel cell-powered electric engine system configured to power the aircraft and produce water vapor exhaust, and an exhaust system configured to receive the water vapor exhaust, condense the water vapor into ice or water, and expel the ice or water from the aircraft such that water vapor cloud formation is inhibited. A method of powering an aircraft includes operating a fuel cell-powered electric engine system to power the aircraft, condensing water vapor exhaust of the fuel cell-powered electric engine system into ice or water, and expelling the ice or water from the aircraft such that water vapor cloud formation is inhibited.
Apparatus And Method For Obtaining Fresh Water
Apparatus for obtaining fresh water by artificially generating a precipitation. The apparatus comprises at least one darkening body that forms a darkening surface which has a width and/or length of at least 3 km and an albedo of less than 0.1. The apparatus further comprises at least one base frame which is arranged on a ground and configured to support the at least one darkening body so as to keep the at least one darkening body spaced apart from the ground in order to form a space between the at least one darkening body and the ground. Still further, the apparatus comprises a precipitation collection system which is arranged at least partially within the space and configured to collect the precipitation falling on the darkening surface.

UNDERSEA TUNNEL SYSTEM FOR REDUCING TYPHOON, HURRICANE, AND TORNADO DISASTERS
Provided is an undersea tunnel system for reducing typhoon, hurricane, and tornado disasters. The undersea tunnel system for dispersing to weaken or preventing collection of tropical low pressure by reducing typhoon, hurricane, and tornado disasters comprises: an undersea tunnel through which a warm surface current or seawater of a high temperature can pass; a floodgate capable of controlling the entrance and exit of the seawater passing through the undersea tunnel; a first regulator for controlling the opening and closing of the floodgate; at least one water pressure machine (air regulator) for regulating the velocity and water pressure of the seawater passing through the undersea tunnel; and a second regulator for regulating the output of the water pressure machine (air regulator).
