COATING METHOD OF A COMPOSITE COATING ON A SLIDE, SLIDE AND USE METHOD THEREOF
20250059460 · 2025-02-20 ·

A composite coating includes a water-based two-component polyurethane topcoat and a nano-silicon varnish. The coating method of the composite coating on the slide includes uniformly stirring the water-based two-component polyurethane topcoat, then coating the surface of the slide with the water-based two-component polyurethane topcoat; rolling patterns on the surface of the water-based two-component polyurethane topcoat by using a sponge embossing roller before the surface of the water-based two-component polyurethane topcoat dries; and after rolling is completed, place to dry, and then coat the nano-silicon varnish to form a smooth surface after confirming the surface of the water-based two-component polyurethane topcoat has dried. The sponge embossing roller is used for rolling the patterns before the water-based two-component polyurethane topcoat has not dried, so that the contact area with the nano-silicon varnish is increased, indirectly promoting the adhesion ability of the nano-silicon varnish and ensuring the firmness of the composite coating.

Method and apparatus for providing disabled individuals access to playground structures

A playground apparatus, extended landing platform attachment, and method of retrofitting a playground structure comprises a slide having at least one inclined surface and a landing platform configured to be coupled to a base of the inclined surface of the slide. The landing platform may be positioned at the base of the slide to enable a user to slide onto the platform from the slide and to move across the platform away from the path of a subsequent user sliding down the inclined surface of the slide. The landing platform may also be configured to provide additional seating area and more points of accessibility to provide easier access to a disabled user using the playground apparatus.

A slide has a slide body and a fixing assembly. The fixing assembly has a connecting rod mounted on the slide body, a flexible unit, and a fixing unit. An end of the flexible unit is connected to the connecting rod. The fixing unit is mounted on the flexible unit. The fixing unit and the flexible unit jointly fix a tread of an open riser stairway. As the flexible unit is bendable, the flexible unit and the fixing unit can be easily moved to clamp the tread, thereby facilitating easy assembly and disassembly.

JUNGLE GYM JOINT AND JUNGLE GYM
20170056699 · 2017-03-02 ·

A jungle gym joint has a joint main body including joint shafts to which pipes are connected and rotary members. The pipe is connected to one end and a folding portion is formed at the other end of the rotary member, the folding member being formed by a flat plate portion being held in a bifurcate portion together with the joint main body. A cover member including engaging projections on an inner circumferential surface is provided on an outer circumference of the folding portion. The cover member is guided to move back and forth in an axial direction by the engaging projections being brought into engagement with guide grooves. The folding portion is restricted from being folded with the cover member staying in an advanced end position while the restriction of folding thereof can be released with the cover member staying in a withdrawal end position.

Play center using structural monoliths for water delivery capabilities

A play structure having one or more monolith structures for the connection of other surfaces (e.g., deckings, water-based elements, interactive elements, etc.). Each of the monolith structures may be adjustably connected with a ground surface such that a variety of possible angles may be obtained by the monolith whit respect to the ground surface. After the desired orientation of the monolith is obtained to the ground surface via the adjustable connection, the monolith may be secured in such position. Water or fluid may be provided to the monolith structures via piping that interfaces with the monolith structures by a fluid connection that is in communication with piping disposed within the monolith structures. A fluid damping or delivery system (e.g., based upon a tipping element that provides water to a fluid flowing surface and/or other water diversion element) may be provided as part of the play structure.
