Electronic device
An electronic device includes an audio reception circuit, a processing circuit and at least one movable component. The audio reception circuit receives an audio data. The processing circuit performs an audio feature analysis on the audio data to obtain audio feature data, and determines a corresponding action event according to audio feature data to generate an action control signal corresponding to the action event. The movable component performs the action event in response to the action control signal.
Assembly and robot having the same
An assembly for a robot includes a shoulder, an arm rotatably connected to the shoulder, an armor decorative member connected to the arm and located adjacent to the shoulder, and a connection assembly located between and rotatably connected to the arm and the armor decorative member. Relative rotation between the arm and the connection assembly and between the armor decorative member and the connection assembly enables the arm to continue to rotate after an upper end of the armor decorative member comes into contact with the shoulder.

Variable shape structure having bend members
Bend members making up a variable shape structure each have a central coupling point, a one-end coupling point, and an other-end coupling point that are arranged so as to form a V shape with a fixed bend angle. A central coupling point of the first bend member and a central coupling point of the second bend member are pivotally coupled together. A central coupling point of the third bend member and a central coupling point of the fourth bend member are pivotally coupled together. A one-end coupling point of the first bend member and a one-end coupling point of the third bend member are pivotally coupled together. A one-end coupling point of the second bend member and a one-end coupling point of the fourth bend member are pivotally coupled together. The first, the second, the third, and the fourth bend members are of the same shape and the same size.
APPARATUS, APPARATUS CONTROL METHOD AND RECORDING MEDIUM
A controller of a robot executes processing of determining whether an apparatus is likely to be subjected to an impact and, when determination is made that the apparatus is likely to be subjected to an impact in a case where a movable part is in a first state in which the movable part is able to cause the apparatus to execute a physical operation, transferring the movable part from the first state to a second state for suppressing an impact exerted on the movable part.
Robot device
There is provided a robot device including: a head portion coupled to a trunk; four leg portions on a front left, a front right, a rear left, and a rear right coupled to the trunk; a first indirect portion that tilts the head portion left and right; and a second joint portion that rotates, with respect to the trunk, one of the leg portions on the rear left and the rear right to a front side, and the other to a rear side. It is possible to faithfully reproduce the movement of the four-legged animal by providing the first joint portion and the second joint portion.
Interactive robotic toy
An interactive robotic toy including: a body section and a head section rotatably coupled with the body section. The head section includes a fixed jaw. A motor operates to rotate the head section relative to the body section. At least one touch sensor is provided for detecting touch. A processor is coupled with the motor and the touch sensor. The processor controls the motor to rotate the head section relative to the body section in response to the actuation of the touch sensor. A jaw is pivotally mounted to the head section and moveable between an open position remote from the fixed jaw and a closed position proximate the fixed jaw as the head section is rotated relative the body section by the motor.
FORM CHANGING TOY
A form changing toy includes a power source, a power transmission mechanism, an operation part, a switch, a movable part, a locking mechanism, and a connecting part. The operation part is configured to perform a predetermined operation by the power. The switch is configured to be moved between a first position to a second position, and being urged to the second position. The locking mechanism is configured to lock the movable part at the first position when the movable part is manually moved from the second position to the first position, and is configured to release locking by the power when the predetermined operation continues. The connecting mechanism is configured to operate the movable part by connecting the movable part and either one of the power transmission mechanism and the operation part when the movable part moves to the second position.
TOY WITH TWO BODIES AND AN EJECTABLE GEAR AND RETRACTION MECHANISM
The present invention includes A toy with an extendable mechanism capable of transforming its original compact shape into a new entity without need to manipulate its parts or add new parts comprising: a hollow sphere (1) formed from two caps; an upper hinge (4) at a top of the hollow sphere (1) that connects two symmetrical caps; two protuberances (5) generally centrally located in each of the caps connected to a central internal spring; a circular hinge (6) connected to a spring and the hinges articulate two cylindrical arms (7) that converge in two circular hinges (8) contained within a central casing (9); and a body-shaped part (10) connected to the central casing (9), such that the body-shaped part (10) projects out from the lower part of the sphere (1), and upon being ejected, the caps close automatically with a spring at the upper hinge (4).
ACTION CONTROL DEVICE, ACTION CONTROL METHOD, AND RECORDING MEDIUM
An action control device that controls the actions of a robot acquires an external stimulus; and in a case of executing an action corresponding to the external stimulus, controls so as to execute, based on an intimacy between a subject applying the external stimulus and the robot, different action content.
