GREENHOUSE AND INDOOR CULTIVATION METHOD FOR STROPHARIA STROPHARIA
A greenhouse and indoor cultivation method of Stropharia stropharia is provided which includes the following steps: planting environment; ridged bottom reinforcement; mixing soil material; piling up material and fermentation; interval mixing; inoculating auxiliary materials; managing germination; picking of mushroom on time. The production method of the present disclosure has beneficial effects of preventing the accumulation of water at the bottom of ridges and soaking the strains of Stropharia stropharia to bad, watering the mushrooms more evenly to prevent uneven production due to over-watering in some places and under-watering in some places.
Methods for culturing filamentous fungi in fermentation media
Methods for culturing filamentous fungi, in which the filamentous fungi are grown in a colloid of air and a fermentation medium, are provided. The methods result in more rapid and prolific growth of the filamentous fungus than has been achieved by previous methods. Biomats produced by the methods and air-medium colloids for use in the methods are also provided.
METHOD FOR MYCOTECTURE
A method of making a food source or medicinal composition and a mycotecture construction unit includes (a) cultivating a mycelium/substrate composite and edible mushrooms, and (b) manufacturing the mycotecture construction unit. A mycelium inoculum is formed of a preselected fungus and used to inoculate a substrate. Mycelium are grown in the inoculated substrate in a growing column and edible mushrooms are harvested from the mycelium, leaving a mycelium-substrate composite. The manufacture of the mycotecture construction unit includes placing the mycelium-substrate composite into a modular, reconfigurable press having a cavity with a predetermined shape; pressing the mycelium-substrate composite at a predetermined pressure; and heating the mycelium-substrate composite in a heating chamber. The construction unit is packaging, an insulation panel, a building construction material, or a household fitting with excellent compression strength, compressive modulus, flexural strength, flexural modulus, insulative properties, and fire retardant properties.

Mycological biopolymers grown in void space tooling
A mycological biopolymer product consisting entirely of fungal mycelium is made by inoculating a nutritive substrate with a selected fungus in a sealed environment except for a void space, which space is subsequently filled with a network of undifferentiated fungal mycelium. The environmental conditions for producing the mycological biopolymer product, i.e. a high carbon dioxide (CO.sub.2) content (from 5% to 7% by volume) and an elevated temperature (from 85° F. to 95° F.), prevent full differentiation of the fungus into a mushroom. There are no stipe, cap, or spores produced. The biopolymer product grows into the void space of the tool, filling the space with an undifferentiated mycelium chitin-polymer, which is subsequently extracted from the substrate and dried.

COMPLEX MUSHROOM MYCELIUM COMPOSITION HAVING LIVER FUNCTION-IMPROVING ACTIVITY AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a mushroom mycelium complex composition having a liver function-improving activity and a preparation method therefor. The composition is prepared by collectively inoculating the mycelia of three kinds of mushrooms that are Inonotus obliquus, Ganoderma lucidum, and Phellinus linteus, into a naked barley culture medium to obtain a mushroom mycelium complex and extracting the mushroom mycelium complex to obtain an extract of the mushroom mycelium complex. The composition has an effect of improving liver function.
