Molding System for Fungal Structures
A molding system for forming an inoculated lignocellulose based medium into a fungal molded shape, the molding system comprising a vessel within which environmental conditions are regulated, the vessel comprising an inoculated lignocellulose based medium capable of supporting growth of saprophytic fungi without any secondary organisms displacing the process through infection. a secondary organic material layered near the top and bottom of the inoculated lignocellulose based medium, a hard mold containing the flexible vessel; and a compressive system for applying a primary compressive pressure of at least 10 PSI to the lignocellulose based medium such that it takes on a fungal molded shape.
VERTICAL HYDROPONIC PLANT PRODUCTION APPARATUS
A hydroponic plant production apparatus comprising: a hollow grow tube with a slot formed in the front face of the grow tube, and a matrix media insert composed of two halves, where the media is insertable into the grow tube, allowing plants to be inserted and grown between the two halves of the matrix media insert in the grow tube is provided. Methods for use of a hollow grow tube with a slot formed in the front face of the grow tube, and a matrix media insert composed of two halves, where the media is insertable into the grow tube, allowing plants to be inserted and grown between the two halves of the matrix media insert in the grow tube are also provided.

Methods for culturing filamentous fungi in fermentation media
Methods for culturing filamentous fungi, in which the filamentous fungi are grown in a colloid of air and a fermentation medium, are provided. The methods result in more rapid and prolific growth of the filamentous fungus than has been achieved by previous methods. Biomats produced by the methods and air-medium colloids for use in the methods are also provided.
VERTICAL HYDROPONIC TOWER ARRAY FIXTURE SYSTEM
A modular hydroponic tower array fixture system for the growth of organisms such as plants and fungi on arrays of hydroponic towers, allowing for the insertion and removal of individual towers from the array, is provided. Methods for the production of organisms such as plants and fungi using a modular hydroponic tower array fixture system are also provided herein.

SELF-SERVICE MODULAR PLANT CULTIVATION AND STORAGE SYSTEMS
Modular plant cultivation and storage systems are disclosed herein. Such systems may enable individuals to grow, or obtain managed growth of, various plants, such as flowers, trees, fruits and vegetables, herbs, fungi, medicinal plants (e.g., marijuana, where legally permitted), etc. The modular plant cultivation and storage system may be a professionally equipped and staffed cultivation center where individuals can bring seeds and/or seedlings to grow and be serviced, monitored, and stored for a fee. Such modular plant cultivation and storage systems provide a safe, effective method to produce a high quality, high quantity plant products with additional services that can test and produce other products from the initial crop.
