Inbred corn line MBD14
An inbred corn line, designated MBD14, the plants and seeds of the inbred corn line MBD14, methods for producing a corn plant, either inbred or hybrid, produced by crossing the inbred corn line MBD14 with itself or with another corn plant, and hybrid corn seeds and plants produced by crossing the inbred line MBD14 with another corn line or plant and to methods for producing a corn plant containing in its genetic material one or more transgenes and to the transgenic corn plants produced by that method. This invention also relates to inbred corn lines derived from inbred corn line MBD14, to methods for producing other inbred corn lines derived from inbred corn line MBD14 and to the inbred corn lines derived by the use of those methods.
CALIBRACHOA PLANT WITH RADIALLY SYMMETRIC COLORATION
The present invention relates to Calibrachoa plants displaying at least one inflorescence with a radially symmetric pattern along the center of the fused petal margins, wherein the pattern extends from the center of the inflorescence and does not fade during the life of the inflorescence.

Automated Feeding, Sorting, and Packaging System for a Farm with Robots Working on Plants
An automated feeding, sorting, and packaging system includes a first conveyor belt and a second conveyor belt adjacent to the first conveyor belt. The second conveyor belt moves slightly faster than the first conveyor belt. A rotating size separation tool has slits or pockets, and is located between the first and second conveyor belt. The automated feeding, sorting, and packaging system also includes a backlit conveyor belt. A vision guided robot is arranged adjacent to the backlit conveyor belt. The vision guided robot is provided with a robotic gripper and a vision sensor. At least one scales is arranged adjacent to the vision guided robot. An arrangement of temporary storage bins is arranged adjacent to the vision guided robot. The automated feeding, sorting, and packaging system also includes a container handling system. A computer-based control system is connected to the vision guided robot and to the at least one scales.

LIGHT REGUATION METHOD FOR PROMOTING ACCUMULATION OF CANNABINOID SUBSTANCES
A method for promoting the accumulation of cannabinoid substances is disclosed. The method comprises the step of adding an irradiation of green light, which has a peak wavelength at 505-526 nm, into the indoor growing environment of cannabis to improve the levels of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD), cannabinoid substances in cannabis. While maintaining the light intensity and other growth conditions, the yields and/or levels of THC and CBD, cannabinoid substances in cannabis, can be increased by up to 21.35%.
Tidal creator for a terminal lake and method of using the same for restoration efforts at the Salton Sea.
This invention is a device for creating tidal action in a terminal lake. A first aspect involves staggering of input and output from the terminal lake, such that the level of the lake rises and falls on a daily basis to simulate tidal action. A second aspect involves the creation of a berm and islands, with a system of pumps and drains filling and emptying a series of holding ponds, creating an even greater “reach” of the tidal action. This tidal action allows for the growth of mangrove forests, which prevent land-based predators such as coyotes from accessing bird nests on the islands, as well as keeping the “playa” wet enough so that local wind does not pick up playa sediment and create toxic dust storms. The toxic upper 3″ of the “playa” is bulldozed to create the berm, islands, and access roads which bisect the newly-created intertidal zone.
Designed complex endophyte compositions and methods for improved plant traits
This invention relates to methods and materials for providing a benefit to a plant by associating the plant with a complex endophyte comprising a host fungus further comprising a component bacterium, including benefits to a plant derived from a seed or other plant element treated with a complex endophyte. For example, this invention provides purified complex endophytes, purified complex endophyte components such as bacteria or fungi, synthetic combinations comprising said complex endophytes and/or components, and methods of making and using the same.
Method for cultivation of hybrid mint plant designated 13-S12-2 for production of essential oil composition
A hybrid mint plant characterized by an essential oil composition profile, methods of cultivating the hybrid mint plant, and methods of producing an essential oil composition with the essential oil composition profile using the hybrid mint plant are disclosed.
