An external fuel pump and a valve seat for the fuel pump are provided. The valve seat includes a valve body. One side of the valve seat body is provided with an installation chamber for installing a valve body, and the other side of the valve seat body is an oil separator. The oil separator is connected to an outer wall of the installation chamber. The external fuel pump includes the valve seat and a fuel chamber constituted by a housing and a cover. The valve seat body is located in the fuel chamber, the oil separator of the valve seat body is located at a lower portion of an exhaust port provided on the cover. An anti-flip mechanism is provided between the exhaust port and the oil separator. The valve seat is multi-functional and convenient to install with less space and fewer components, which reduces costs.

A method and a system for purification of oil, said method comprising the steps of: -providing separation aid and oil to be purified to at least one sedimentation tank; -waiting for allowing a sludge phase to sediment to a bottom part of the sedimentation tank, said sludge phase comprising the separation aid together with impurities from the oil; -removing an oil phase not comprising said sludge phase from the at least one sedimentation tank; and -filtering said oil phase through a depth filter for removing any possible remaining separation aid and impurities.

Separation System

The present disclosure is directed to a separation system having a first inlet line through which a multiphase fluid is directed; a first separator connected to the first inlet line, the first separator being configured to separate the fluid into a heavy fraction primarily comprising solids and a light fraction primarily comprising gas, oil and water, the first separator comprising a heavy fraction outlet for discharge of the heavy fraction and a light fraction outlet for discharge of the light fraction; a heavy fraction outlet line connected to the heavy fraction outlet; a light fraction outlet line connected to the light fraction outlet; a second inlet line connected to the light fraction outlet line; a second separator connected to the second inlet line, the second separator being configured to separate the light fraction into separate gas, oil and water fractions, and the second separator comprising a gas outlet for discharge of the gas fraction, an oil outlet for discharge of the oil fraction, and a water outlet for discharge of the water fraction; a gas line connected to the gas outlet, an oil line connected to the oil outlet and a water line connected to the water outlet; a plurality of electrically operated valves for controlling fluid flow through respective ones of said lines; a plurality of sensors for measuring respective characteristics of the fluid; and a system controller configured to operate the valves based on inputs from the sensors to thereby control fluid flow through said lines.

Method for producing a water separator, and water separator

In a method for producing a water separator, a support structure surrounding annularly a longitudinal axis and a hydrophobic screen fabric are provided. By ultrasound or by laser radiation, a material of the support structure is plastified in regions that are radially outward at the support structure in relation to the longitudinal axis to generate plastified regions. The hydrophobic screen fabric is arranged at an outer circumferential side at the support structure and the hydrophobic screen fabric is pressed into the plastified regions. A water separator is provided that has a support structure surrounding annularly a longitudinal axis and a hydrophobic screen fabric of a material that is transparent for a laser radiation. The hydrophobic screen fabric is arranged at an outer circumferential side at the support structure and has sections embedded in radially outwardly positioned regions of the support structure.

Natural gas system for on-site processing

A natural gas processing system is mounted on a mobile platform that is transported to a natural gas source, such as a well. The system supplies retentate gas to operate multi-fuel engines for wellfield equipment such as pumps, compressors, and drills. A liquid drain discharges contaminants. A separator, first and second coalescing filters, and a particulate filter remove particulate matter and fluid contaminant matter from the natural gas. A dryer removes water vapor from the natural gas. Dual membranes separate the natural gas into a retentate gas and a permeate gas. A first heat exchanger adjusts temperature of the natural gas entering the membranes. A second heat exchanger adjusts temperature of the retentate gas output. A thermoelectric generator powered by the natural gas supplies process electricity. A process control monitors and controls the natural gas processing system, including pressure control valves, temperature control valves, and emergency shutdown systems. An instrument gas supply with an accumulator supplies gas pressure to operate pneumatic valves and instruments.
