Modular digital filter, regulator and lubricator connector and system
A modular digital filter, regulator and lubricator (FRL) connector and system are provided. The modular digital filter, regulator and lubricator connector and system are especially suitable for use in improving compressed air quality so as to extend the life of tools and machines which are connected to the FRL devices. The connector device and system allows for a quick and efficient connection with respect to both electronics and air lines and reduces problems that arise from wire pig-tailing or accidental disconnection of the FRL. The device and system may have digital, visual and audible warnings with respect to the quality of air passing through the system and to the tools and machines.
Gas analyser system
An extractive gas analyser system includes a supply channel, a measuring channel connected thereto between first and second ends, an analysing unit comprising an optical arrangement for analysing gaseous material in the measuring channel, which optical arrangement comprises first and second optical units arranged respectively at first and second ends of the measuring channel, a barrier arrangement near each end of the measuring channel and comprising a barrier gas inlet and outlet arranged in opposing manner across said measuring channel, each in connection with a gas source and provided with a nozzle opening directed toward the opposing outlet, said barrier arrangement arranged to provide pressurized gas creating a barrier gas curtain between the barrier gas inlet and outlet to force least a part of the gaseous material from the supply channel into the measuring channel and out through the outlet and thereby separate the gaseous material from said optical units.
Flush valve, dust collector and dust collection system
A flush valve, a dust collector provided with such a flush valve and a dust collection system, are disclosed. The flush valve includes a valve body and a valve spool. The valve body is internally provided with a fluid passageway. The valve body is provided with an inlet, a first outlet and a second outlet. The first outlet is fluidly connected to a device to be flushed. The valve spool includes a movable part, a fixed part and an elastic part, the fixed part being provided in the valve body, and the elastic part elastically connecting said fixed part to the movable part. One end of the movable part being provided with a first spool land for blocking the first outlet. The first spool land being configured to be pushed away from said first outlet by fluid in the fluid passageway when the pressure drops due to blockage.
SURGICAL DRAPE OR SHEATH FOR A MEDICAL VACUUM DEVICE AND METHODS OF USE
A surgical drape or sheath system, apparatus and method is shown for reducing or eliminating contamination. The surgical drape or sheath system, apparatus and method comprise at least one body that is mounted on or in the vacuum tube while a generally tubular drape or sheath is draped or positioned over at least a portion of the vacuum tube so that it can be grasped by a user. The surgical drape or sheath system, apparatus and method may be disposable or may be provided with reusable components or components that can be replaced.
CLOTHES DRYER
The present disclosure relates to a clothes dryer. The clothes dryer includes a drum configured to accommodate and dry clothes, and a lint removal device configured to remove lint in air flowing out of the drum. The lint removal device includes a filter part configured such that the lint is adhered thereto, and a screw rotatably disposed at an inner side of the filter part to push out the lint adhered to the filter part. The screw includes a shaft, and a blade extending from the shaft and having a helical shape, and the blade has elasticity to remove foreign substances introduced into the lint removal device without damage to the filter part.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF DETECTING AN OBSTRUCTED FURNACE AIR FILTER USING A FLAME SENSOR
The disclosed technology includes systems and methods for detecting an at least partially obstructed air filter in a furnace. The disclosed technology can include a system and method that can receive temperature data from a flame sensor configured to detect a temperature of a flame in a burner, determine that an air filter associated with the burner is at least partially obstructed by determining that the temperature data indicates the flame temperature is greater than or equal to a threshold temperature, and output an alarm signal indicating that the air filter is at least partially obstructed.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF DETECTING AN OBSTRUCTED FURNACE AIR FILTER USING A PRESSURE SENSOR
The disclosed technology includes systems and methods for detecting an obstructed air filter in a furnace. The disclosed technology can include a method and system that includes an air inlet, an air filter for filtering particles from air passing through the air inlet, an air moving device, a fuel valve, a burner, a pressure sensor, and a controller in communication with the pressure sensor and configured to output an alarm signal when the controller receives differential pressure data from the pressure sensor that indicates that the air filter is obstructed.
Device for pulverization and explosion suppression of low carbon gas hydrate
The present invention discloses a device for pulverization and explosion suppression of low carbon gas hydrate (LCGH). A feeding chamber connects with a pulverizing chamber, and the chambers communicate through a feed port. A pulverizing air pipe and the feeding chamber communicate through a feeding air pipe; two ends of a venturi connect with an entrainment chamber and a disperser respectively; and a gas-solid separation membrane (GSSM) is disposed on a discharging port and used for preventing LCGH powder from entering the entrainment chamber from the pulverizing chamber. When an explosion is triggered, the GSSM is opened to make the LCGH powder enter the entrainment chamber. The device can store and pulverize the LCGH and spray LCGH powder to achieve combustion and explosion suppression.
Increased vacuum port area for achieving faster vacuum evacuation time in vacuum insulated structures
An outer wrapper that defines a top wall, a bottom wall, a rear wall, and first and second side walls and includes an inner liner. A trim breaker seals the outer wrapper to the inner liner to define an insulation space. A single vacuum port is disposed on each of the top wall, the bottom wall, and the first and second side walls. A plurality of vacuum ports is disposed on the rear wall. An insulative material is disposed between the outer wrapper and the inner liner. A filter media is disposed proximate each vacuum port such that air can be drawn from the insulation space past the filter media and through each vacuum port.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ABRASION TESTING OF MATERIALS
A method for abrasion testing of a material sample includes abrading a surface of the sample with a tribometer, then characterizing particles in a portion of the flowing air that is received in an airborne particle collector. The testing may be done in an enclosure or container, such as an enclosure in or simulating a clean room environment. The drawing of air into the enclosure may be done by a fan pushing in air through a filter, such as a high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter. The enclosure may have vents (or louvers) through which some of the outflow of air may be directed, to help maintain an even flow, for example a laminar flow, of air through the container, and in particular past where the tribometer abrades the test material. The method may allow for real-time characterization of the particles produced by the testing.
