There is provided a gas solution supply apparatus capable of preventing bubbles from being generated in use at a point-of-use even if gas solution to be provided to a point-of-use has a high concentration. The gas solution supply apparatus 1 includes: a gas dissolving unit 4 that dissolves a source gas in a source liquid to produce a first gas solution; a first gas-liquid separator 10 that stores the first gas solution produced and produces a second gas solution through gas-liquid separation of the first gas solution; a pressure reducer 17 that depressurizes the second gas solution produced in the first gas-liquid separator 10; and a second gas-liquid separator 12 that stores the depressurized second gas solution and produces a third gas solution through gas-liquid separation of the second gas solution. The third gas solution is supplied to a point-of-use.

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DISSOLVING POWDERS IN SOLVENTS

The present invention relates to apparatus for manufacturing at least one liquid, by dissolving or suspending powders in solvents. The apparatus may be arranged for inclusion in a pellet coating system to supply the liquid to a downstream apparatus such as a Post Pellet Liquid Application (PPLA, 44). A method for processing pharmaceutical powders, which comprises providing a feeder module including a plurality of feeder units each with a storage hopper, a weighing cell, a conveyer, and a discharge end, connecting the storage hopper to a refilling system with a refilling valve, connecting the refilling valve to a level or weight indicator disposed above the refilling valve, connecting the discharge end to a common receiving container, refilling the storage hopper with a powder intermittently 40 to 80 times per hour, storing data during refilling, transporting powder from the storage hopper with the respective conveyer, and discharging powder from each feeder unit into the common receiving container. During each refilling of the storage hopper, the refilling valve dispenses powder into the storage hopper and, during the step of transporting the powder from the storage hopper, the conveyer is operated according to the data collected during previous refills.

Provided are a cleaning method and cleaning device for cleaning with micro/nano-bubbles, with which a simple method of spraying a treatment solution containing micro/nano-bubbles onto a substrate to be processed makes it possible to efficiently and reliably peel off residual resist or remove contaminants from the substrate, while reducing an environmental load.

This cleaning method is characterized in that, with respect to a substrate to be treated to which a resist film has adhered onto the substrate or a substrate to be treated to which the surface thereof has been contaminated with a metal or metal compounds, the resist film is peeled off or the metals or metal compounds are removed by spraying onto the substrate to be treated a treatment solution containing gaseous micro/nano-bubbles and having a temperature maintained at 30 C. to 90 C., the mean particle size of the micro/nano-bubbles when measured by an ice embedding method using a cryo-transmission electron microscope being 100 nm or smaller, preferably 30 nm or smaller, and also preferably the density of such bubbles being 10.sup.8 or more bubbles per 1 mL.

[Problem]

A preparation of forming bubbles of carbon dioxide gas which is put into a micro-bubble generator is realized, unlike a conventional tablet, as a tablet which can retain an ability to neutralize and remove completely chlorine contained in tap water from start of dissolution of the tablet inside the micro-bubble generator to the completion of dissolution thereof, thereby providing a method for producing micro-bubbles of carbon dioxide gas by using the tablet and a device thereof.

[Solution]

There is provided a method for producing carbon dioxide gas/micro-bubbles mixed water in which a carbonated bathing agent is a tablet which is 7 mm or more both in tablet diameter and tablet thickness, 15 kg or more in tablet hardness, 10 wt % or less in tablet friability and from 5.5 to 9.0 in pH immediately after dissolution of the tablet in hot water and the carbonated bathing agent contains at least one of the following body rendering agents and contains at least one of the following chlorine neutralizing compounds.

A feeding system consisting of a plurality of groups of oscillating disks and tracks conveys each part at an interface of the medicine mixer to given positions of the equipment.

Acid mixing system

A system for mixing a liquid with a powder into a solution batch includes a hopper (20) into which said powder is deposited, the hopper (20) having a powder outlet (22) therein. A mix tank (60) is also provided having a liquid supply inlet (62), a recirculation inlet (64), and a solution outlet (66). A mix pump (40) that is in fluid communication with the solution outlet (66), the powder outlet (22), and the recirculation inlet (64) operates to mix and transfer the solution.
