Oil-water-vacuum-mixed fuel production apparatus
The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing a fuel made by mixing water with oil in a vacuum state. The apparatus includes: a vacuum tank adapted to seal an internal space thereof to allow the internal space to be maintained to a vacuum state; a vacuum pump located on one side of the vacuum tank to suck the air from the interior of the vacuum tank, so that the vacuum tank is kept in the vacuum state; a stirring vessel located inside the vacuum tank in such a manner as to communicate with the vacuum tank through a bypass pipe, the water and oil being supplied thereto; and stirrers rotating by the drive of motors to stirringly mix the water with the oil.
Ultrafine bubble generation device for aquaculture or wastewater treatment
Provided is an ultrafine bubble generation device for aquaculture or wastewater treatment with which it is possible to efficiently cause ultrafine bubbles to be dissolved or to coexist, and to increase the concentration of a gas in the liquid. An ultrafine bubble generation device for aquaculture or wastewater treatment provided with a channel for channeling a liquid, a compression device for pumping a gas into the channel, and a bubble generation medium for releasing the gas pumped by the compression device as ultrafine bubbles into the liquid in the channel, wherein the bubble generation medium is formed from a carbon-based porous material and is disposed so as to be horizontal or below horizontal with respect to the direction of flow of the liquid in the channel.
On-demand in-line-blending and supply of chemicals
This in-line active and reverse calculating mass balance blending system can maintain a chemical at desired control points, such as with respect to concentration, temperature, and/or pressure, while the output flow rate is changing dynamically to a point of use. A blending unit is configured to receive and blend at least two species and deliver a mixture at selected concentrations to points of use. A controller can be configured to determine a mass balance to maintain the concentrations in the mixture using information from metrology systems and a flow in an output to the at least one point of use. The controller also can be configured to maintain a concentration in the mixture within a concentration range by controlling flow rates to the blending unit.
SYSTEM FOR SMALL-BATCH BRINE PRODUCTION
A system for mixing, for example, salt with water to make brine, includes a mixing vessel removably mounted within a bulk vessel. The mixing vessel is provided with a divider/filtration wall separating a front portion, where solid granular material is provided and mixes with a liquid for purposes of dissolving the solid granular material into the liquid, and a rear portion. The mixing vessel is provided with an agitation pipe along a floor thereof, and is shaped to minimize settled granular material from collecting at the base of the mixing vessel. The divider/filtration wall serves to prevent overflow, includes one or more screens to allow liquid, but prevent granular material larger than the pore size of the screens, to pass from the front portion to the rear portion, and in the event of overflow, minimize turbulence in material passing over the divider/filtration wall, all of which promote delivery of a uniform distribution of dissolved material to the batch tank. In the case of salt brine production, a wireless salinity sensor can accurately measure salt concentration in real time at a variety of depths.
SLURRYING DEVICE FOR SEMI-SOLID SLURRY
A slurrying device includes a slurrying tank and a rotor stirrer. The rotor stirrer includes a stirring drum, a transmission gear arranged at an end face of the stirring drum configured to face the slurrying tank, and a rotor stirring rod configured to extend from the stirring drum and into the slurrying tank to stir a slurrying liquid in the slurrying tank. The rotor stirring rod is meshed with the transmission gear and configured to revolve along a planar trajectory of the transmission gear while simultaneously rotating. The rotor stirrer further includes a driving device provided at the stirring drum and configured to drive the rotor stirring rod to rotate via the transmission gear.
Chemical mixer tool for use in a storage drum
A chemical mixer tool for use in a storage drum is described. The chemical mixer tool typically comprises a mixer housing assembly in which one end of a mixer shaft is secured, the distal end of the mixer shaft having at least one collapsible impeller assembly removably attached thereon. The chemical mixer tool is configured to be removably secured to the top portion of the storage drum, with the distal end of the mixing shaft extending into the interior of the storage drum.
GRINDING LIQUID MIXING AND SUPPLYING SYSTEM
The present invention relates a grinding liquid mixing and supplying system, comprising: a stock solution barrel, a stock solution circulation tank, a grinding liquid mixing tank, a grinding liquid supplying tank, which are configured with pipelines that interconnects each other; and capacitive liquid level sensors connected in parallel with these tanks. The stock solution circulation tank is provided with a first pipeline, the first pipeline is provided with a first filter and a first pump, and the first pipeline allows the stock solution to flow out from the stock solution circulation tank, to be pressurized by the first pump, to be sent to the first filter, and to flow back, so as to be circulated and filtered. The capacitive liquid level sensor detects a liquid level and monitor whether the liquid is normal in the tanks, so as to maintain and ensure the output quality of the grinding liquid.
MONITORING SYSTEM FOR THREE-DIMENSIONAL PRINTING
An inference system for monitoring a cementitious mixture for three-dimensional printing is provided. The inference system includes an ambient condition sensor, a temperature sensor, a moisture sensor and an image capturing device. The inference system also includes a controller coupled to the ambient condition sensor, the temperature sensor, the moisture sensor, and the image capturing device. The controller receives sensed ambient conditions, a temperature signal, and a moisture content signal. The controller receives an image feed of a portion of a cementitious mixture. The controller also receives signals indicative of a motor speed and a motor torque associated with a mixing container.
