LIQUID PRECURSOR VAPOR PRESSURE CONTROL
20220411925 · 2022-12-29 ·

A source vessel for use in a semiconductor processing system to supply precursor materials by providing enhanced control over vapor pressures. The source vessel includes a housing or vessel defining a chamber for holding a volume of precursor in a liquid state. The source vessel further includes a temperature sensor configured to detect a temperature of a surface of the liquid-state precursor that is presently contained within the chamber of the housing. The temperature sensor may take the form of a temperature measurement device such as a thermocouple on a float or a non-contact temperature measurement device such as an infrared (IR) temperature sensor with a line-of-sight to the liquid's surface.

A sealing structure of a sealed container includes, a metallic cylindrical container having an opening, and a metallic closing member that closes the opening. The metallic closing member has an outer surface opposing an inner wall surface of the metallic cylindrical container, and the outer surface of the metallic closing member is one of plated with metal and covered with thermoplastic resin. The metallic closing member seals the opening of the metallic cylindrical container by one of melted metal and melted thermoplastic resin, and the one of melted metal and melted thermoplastic resin is a material different from a material of the metallic cylindrical container and the metallic closing member.

GAS GENERATOR

A gas generator comprises a compartment confined by a casing configured to hold an active material generating a target gas in response to thermal activation, and a heater structure configured and arranged to heat the active material for generating the target gas. The heater structure is arranged outside the compartment and heats the active material from at least two sides.

Systems and methods for power production with integrated production of hydrogen

The present disclosure relates to systems and methods useful for power production. In particular, a power production cycle utilizing CO.sub.2 as a working fluid may be configured for simultaneous hydrogen production. Beneficially, substantially all carbon arising from combustion in power production and hydrogen production is captured in the form of carbon dioxide. Further, produced hydrogen (optionally mixed with nitrogen received from an air separation unit) can be input as fuel in a gas turbine combined cycle unit for additional power production therein without any atmospheric CO.sub.2 discharge.

Hydrogen generator

A hydrogen generator includes a reaction vessel, a water supply, a temperature adjustor, and a controller. The reaction vessel houses a hydrogen generating material having hydrogen generating ability. The hydrogen generating material includes a two-dimensional hydrogen boride sheet having a two-dimensional network and containing multiple negatively charged boron atoms. The controller is configured to execute a hydrogen generating mode to generate hydrogen from the hydrogen generating material and a regenerating mode to recover the hydrogen generating ability of the hydrogen generating material. The controller controls the temperature adjustor to heat the hydrogen generating material at a first predetermined temperature during the hydrogen generating mode. The controller controls the temperature adjustor to adjust the temperature of the hydrogen generating material to a second predetermined temperature and controls the water supply to supply water during the regenerating mode.
