MECHANISM FOR PREVENTION OF ROTATION OF BOWL LINER WITH RESPECT TO BOWL OF CONE CRUSHER
A cone crusher apparatus having a bowl liner removably mounted within a bowl. A wedge is radially adjustable between an inside surface of the bowl and an outside surface of the bowl liner. The wedge moves radially between a rotation-preventing position and a rotation-permitting position. In the rotation-preventing position, the wedge is in simultaneous abutment with the bowl and bowl liner and through that simultaneous abutment immediately develops a maximum holding force such that relative motion between the bowl liner and bowl in a first rotational direction is prevented. In the rotation-permitting position, the wedge is not in simultaneous abutment with the bowl and bowl liner and at least some relative motion between the bowl liner and bowl in the first rotational direction is permitted.
Gyratory crusher outer crushing shell
A gyratory crusher includes an inner and an outer crushing shell. The outer crushing shell has three regions along its axial length including: an inlet region that tapers radially inward from an uppermost first end; a crushing region that extends radially inward from a second lowermost end; and a radially innermost shoulder region that is positioned axially between the inlet and crushing regions. An angle of inclination of a radially inward facing surface at the inlet and shoulder regions and the axial length of the crushing surface are designed to optimize crushing capacity in addition maximizing reduction.
Wear part, processing apparatus and processing plant for mineral material
A wear part for a mineral material processing apparatus includes an outer wear surface which includes an initial phase wear surface to be put in crushing contact with an opposite wear surface, and an end phase wear surface to be taken vertically into use in the crushing process from under the initial wear surface when the wear is progressing. The wear part includes an end phase wear surface with a protrusion to be put in use when the wear of the outer wear surface is progressing. As a result of the wear part including the protrusion working life of the wear part can be prolonged. A mineral material processing apparatus and a mineral material processing plant.
Gyratory crusher spider bushing assembly
A gyratory crusher spider bushing assembly is positionable radially intermediate a topshell spider and a crusher main shaft. The assembly includes a main body to which is attached a radially inner annular wear collar. The collar is formed from a material having enhanced wear resistance than the material of main body.
ROTATABLE FEED DISTRIBUTOR
A feed distributor includes a rotatable chute mounted and suspended within a housing. Respective drive components for the rotatable chute are mounted within a working part zone defined by the housing. Such drive components are protected from dust and particulate contamination by a plurality of seal rings and/or an air feed assembly configured to create a positive pressure within the working part zone and a corresponding exhaust air flow at specific regions of the housing.
Roller bearing cone crusher and plain bearing cone crusher with a common exterior configuration
Cone crushers with differing main bearing styles therein being manufactured with interchangeable parts and with a common exterior configuration so that a roller bearing cone crusher could be replaced at a crushing site by a plain bearing cone crusher without the need for any modification to either the plain bearing crusher or the crushing site. Methods of manufacturing roller bearing cone crushers which have components therein which are interchangeable with components in a plain bearing cone crusher is also disclosed.
Locking Bolt Assembly For A Crusher Device
A locking bolt assembly (1) for securing a mantle (40) to a head assembly (60) of a crushing device comprising: a locking bolt (10) having a head portion (10a) and a thread portion (10b); a re-useable thrust plate (30) disposed between the head portion (10a) and a top surface portion (42) of the mantle (40); one or more fasteners (20) for connecting the locking bolt (10) to the re-useable thrust plate (30); and one or more permanent jacking screws (34) for forcing the locking bolt (10) up and the thrust plate (30) down onto the top surface portion (42) of the mantle (40) so that the mantle (40) is secured on the head assembly (60). Also provided is a method for securing a mantle (40) to a head assembly (60) of a crushing device using the locking bolt assembly (1).
CRUSHER COMPRISING REPLACEABLE PROTECTIVE LINERS
A crusher comprises at least one protective liner which is releasably fitted within the crusher so as to protect a structural element of the crusher which is subject to wear due to its contact with material passing the crushing gap, at least a part of an outwardly directed surface of the protective liner constituting a wear surface. The at least one protective liner comprises an elastic material layer and wear resistant inserts retained by the elastic material layer, wherein outwardly directed surfaces of the wear resistant inserts form part of the wear surface of the protective liner.
Cone crusher and adjustable moving cone assembly thereof
A cone crusher and an adjustable moving cone assembly thereof are provided. The adjustable moving cone assembly includes a base, an eccentric bushing movably provided inside the base, a main shaft with a lower end movably provided inside the eccentric bushing, and a moving cone body fastened at an upper end of the main shaft. The eccentric bushing rotates to directly or indirectly drive the moving cone body to swing circumferentially. A lifting drive component is provided on the base. An upper end surface of the lifting drive component is provided with a support assembly. A lower end of the moving cone body is supported by rolling or sliding on the support assembly. The lifting drive component is configured to drive the moving cone body and the main shaft connected to the moving cone body to move up and down.
