Adjusting apparatus, adjusting system, crusher, crushing plant and method for adjusting the crusher
An adjusting apparatus of a feed opening of a crushing chamber of a crusher includes one or more adjusting parts arranged in connection with the feed opening, which one or more adjusting parts is/are movable during crushing for adjusting a flow area of material which is to be crushed and is flowing through the feed opening to the crushing chamber. The front edges of the adjusting parts form a unitary flow opening, the flow area of which is adjustable by moving one or more adjusting parts. An adjusting system includes the adjusting apparatus for a feed opening of a crushing chamber of a crusher. A method for adjusting a pressing crusher or a crushing plant suitable for mineral material crushing. A method for avoiding a start peak of a crusher. A method for limiting power intake and/or crushing pressure of a crusher.
Spider arm shield
A gyratory crusher spider arm shield for releasable mounting to a spider arm is mounted in a position above and around the spider arm via locating feet and is maintained in the position by a fixating ring extending circumferentially around the spider arms and positioned at and above a perimeter of the spider.
WEDGE RING AUTO UNLOCK SYSTEM AND METHOD
Embodiments disclosed herein provide a cone crusher having a bowl support and a stationary frame to which the bowl support may be mounted, the frame including an outwardly-facing threaded portion. A wedge structure may be disposed between the bowl support and the threaded portion of the frame, the wedge structure including an inwardly-facing threaded portion, the threads of which complement the outwardly facing threaded portion of the frame. Means may be provided for exerting an upward force on the wedge structure to move the wedge structure from an original position to an operational position during crushing operations and means may be provided for exerting a downward force on the wedge structure to return the wedge ring to the original position following crushing operations.
Detection of bridging in gyratory or cone crusher
A method, crusher, computer program and crushing plant, in which bridging generated on an arm is detected in a crusher that has a body, an outer wear part fixed to the body, an outer wear part fixed to the body; a support cone rotatable inside the body via a main shaft); an inner wear part on a cone surface of the support cone; and a support of the support cone. The support contains a group of arms inside the body and extending inwards from the body; a main shaft radially supported to the arms; and a thrust bearer supported by the arms for supporting the main shaft and for axially supporting the support cone via the main shaft. The crusher crushes mineral material between the inner wear part and the outer wear part. Measurement information is received describing stress of the support of the support cone; and bridging formed onto an arm is detected from the measurement information.

BI-DIRECTIONAL CONE CRUSHER
Embodiments disclosed herein provide a cone crusher having a mantle and a rotating eccentric that causes the mantle to gyrate from side to side with respect to a stationary frame to which is mounted a crusher lining. The cone crusher may include a thrust bearing having a first bearing ring rotating with the eccentric and a second bearing ring mounted to the frame, the first and second bearing rings being disposed immediately adjacent and facing each other, one of the rings having a plurality of spaced oil feeds and a first and a second set of ramps on a surface facing the other ring. The first and second set of ramps extend upwardly from each of the oil feeds in opposite circumferential directions.

SEGMENTED BOWL LINER WITH REUSABLE SUPPORT CASSETTE
A bowl liner for use in a crusher that is comprised of a support cassette and a plurality of bowl liner sections mounted to the support cassette. Each of the bowl liner sections is mounted along an inner surface of the support cassette. Once the bowl liner sections are positioned along the inner surface of the support cassette, a plurality of support plates are used to support the bowl liner sections on the support cassette. An epoxy material can be utilized to further attach the plurality of bowl liner sections to the support cassette such that the bowl liner sections are held securely in place during use. The bowl liner can be replaced in the crusher as a single unit. After use, the bowl liner sections can be removed from the support cassette and the support cassette can be reused with another set of bowl liner sections.
Device and method for opening containers containing heterogeneous materials
