System, method and apparatus for controlling the flow distribution of solid particles
A turret includes a generally frusto-conical shaped body and a plurality of static straightening vanes arranged interior to the body, the vanes dividing the body into a plurality of substantially equal sections. The vanes are configured to straighten a swirling flow of solid particles as they enter the body, and to divide the swirling flow into a plurality of straightened flows that are communicated to a plurality of coal outlet pipes.
System, method and apparatus for upgrading a pulverizer
A method of upgrading a vertical spindle pulverizer includes the steps of removing a cover from a journal opening in a housing of the pulverizer to access a grinding zone of the pulverizer, removing a first journal assembly having a toroidal grinding roll from the pulverizer through the journal opening, removing a plurality of toroidal table segments from a grinding table of the pulverizer, installing a plurality of inclined bull ring segments on the grinding table, installing a second journal assembly having a conical grinding roll in the pulverizer, and replacing the cover over the journal opening. The inclined bull ring segments are configured to register with a grinding surface of the conical grinding roll.
Method of renovating and afforesting slag mountain with humic acid substance
A method utilizing a humic acid substance for renovating and afforsesting slag is provided. A humic acid substance may be utilized for passivation, adsorption, reduction, chelation and immobilization of harmful heavy metal elements in slag, for example, Cr, As, Cd, Ni, Pb, Ba, Hg, Co, Se, Ag and Be, and aggregating the slag, thereby detoxifying the slag and producing artificial earth. The artificial earth may be used in combination with a carrier bacterial fertilizer to continuously produce the active humic acid substance, achieving an effect similar to the combination of blood transfusion and blood production, thereby forming a high-quality artificial soil.
Pulveriser mill
The invention relates to a pulveriser mill which includes a rotary grinding member and a port ring (10) which is arranged around a periphery of the rotary grinding member for rotation with the rotary grinding member about an axis. The port ring (10) includes a plurality of vanes (22) which are angularly spaced about the axis in a configuration which allows air to flow from below the port ring (10) to above the port ring (10). The vanes (22) are inclined with respect to the vertical and have an operatively upstream end and a downstream end and a non-planar, arcuately curved leading surface (24) which extends between the upstream end and the downstream end. The vanes (22) furthermore have a non-uniform radial width in the axial direction.

Mill
A mill, in particular a pendulum mill or roller mill, having a classifier, wherein the mill has a mill housing with an interior in which there is situated a milling space B1 in which a milling device having at least one milling tool is arranged. The classifier is arranged above the milling device in a classifying space B3. At least one drop device is provided which connects the classifying space B3 to the milling space B1. Arranged below the classifier is at least one distribution plate which has at least one drop opening on which the at least one drop device is arranged.
Method and system for comminuting grinding stock using a roller mill
The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for comminuting grinding stock with a roller mill, wherein a grinding plate cooperates with at least two grinding rollers and the grinding stock supplied in the mass flow is comminuted between grinding plate and grinding roller. At least two grinding rollers are driven via dedicated drives, wherein a power compensation control is carried out for the drives of the grinding rollers, such that the power of the drives is controlled in a predefined ratio to one another. The power control is then effected by changing the mass flow of the grinding stock supplied to at least one of the grinding rollers.
Roller mill
A roller mill includes a shell provided with a feed port and a discharge port; a main shaft inserted in the shell and rotatable in the shell; a drive device drivingly connected to the main shaft a holder mounted on the main shaft two or more than two grinding rollers, each of the grinding rollers mounted on the holder and rotatable around its own axis; and a grinding disk fixedly mounted in the shell at a position opposite to the multiple grinding rollers. The roller mill further includes an axial position adjustment device connected to the main shaft and configured to drive the main shaft to move axially to adjust a position of the main shaft.

SYSTEM, METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING THE FLOW DISTRIBUTION OF SOLID PARTICLES
A turret includes a generally frusto-conical shaped body and a plurality of static vanes arranged interior to the body and extending inwardly from an interior sidewall of the body. The vanes are configured to guide a swirling flow of solid particles as they enter the body, and to divide the swirling flow into a plurality of controlled flows that are communicated to a plurality of coal outlet pipes.
