Automatic shut-off food waste disposer system
The invention involves an automatic shut-off waste disposer that may be activated with a control module, which utilizes a programmable automatic shut-off routine. This enables a user to turn on the garbage disposer and walk away without having to turn the disposer off. In exemplary embodiments, activation of the disposer includes actuation of a solenoid valve for injecting a stream of water flow into the dispenser chamber in order to facilitate a proper water flow while the disposer is actively disposing of food waste. In some exemplary embodiments, activation of the disposer may be achieved via a user-activated pneumatic actuator, which may be installed in proximity to the sink to which the disposer is coupled. In some exemplary embodiments, the disposer implements a sensor for automatically shutting of a motor of the disposer upon a predetermined event.
SLUDGE FREE ONSITE SEWAGE TREATMENT SYSTEM
The invention relates to a system and method for transforming raw sewage into a reusable water product that is substantially free of solids, naturally disinfected and does not require pumping.
Systems and methods for cannabis waste disposal
Systems and methods for rendering cannabis-related waste materials are provided. The method may include inserting a plurality of cannabis-related waste materials into, for example, a mobile rendering vehicle. The method may further include physically altering the cannabis-related waste materials such that the cannabis-related waste materials are unrecognizable and unusable. The insertion of the cannabis-related waste materials into the mobile rendering vehicle may be recorded and/or the physical alteration (e.g., pulverization) of the cannabis-related waste materials may be recorded via one or more cameras disposed on the mobile rendering vehicle to verify proper insertion and/or alteration of the cannabis-related waste materials.
PRINTED MATERIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND SHREDDER
A printed material management system includes a non-transitory computer readable medium storing a management program, a server, and a shredder. The management program is configured to cause a controller of a device to execute a print data acquisition process, a generation process, a printing process, and a transmission process. In a case where the shredder receives specific information, the shredder is configured to execute a reading process of conveying a printed material input from the inlet and reading the code printed on the printed material by using the scanner. In a case where the shredder does not receive the specific information, the shredder is configured to convey a printed material input from the inlet and shred the printed material using the cutter without executing the reading process.
PRINTED MATERIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND SHREDDER
A printed material management system includes a non-transitory computer readable medium storing a management program, a server, and a shredder. The management program is configured to cause a controller of a device in which the management program is installed to execute a print data acquisition process of acquiring print data, a generation process of determining a printed material ID, and generating a code by encoding the determined printed material ID, a printing process of printing the code and an image on a page corresponding to the printed material ID, and a transmission process of transmitting, to the server, a print log including the printed material ID and first data indicating that disposal is not completed. In a case where the code is successfully read, the shredder executes a rewriting process of transmitting a rewriting request associated with the printed material ID.
AUTOMATIC SHREDDER HAVING PAPER PRESSING MECHANISM
Automatic paper shredder having a paper pressing mechanism, which includes upper shredder cover, lower shredder cover, paper support box, paper pressing plate, cover plate, spindle and two spindle holders. Upper cover is connected to lower cover. Paper support box is above the lower cover forming a cavity for to-be-shredded paper. Fixed ends of paper pressing plate and cover plate are around the spindle, so free ends of paper pressing plate and cover plate can rotate coaxially. Two ends of spindle are respectively disposed in two spindle holders, so spindle can rotate. Two spindle holders are connected to upper cover to connect cover plate and paper pressing plate to upper cover. Paper pressing plate is disposed below cover plate and for pressing to-be-shredded paper placed on paper support box when a user closes cover plate.
Food waste disposer monitoring using phase difference between motor voltage and motor current
A control unit for a food waste disposer has a controller that determines operational status of the food waste disposer based on motor loading of an induction motor of the food waste disposer.
FOOD WASTE RECYCLING APPLIANCE
A food recycler can include a mixing bin defining a mixing chamber having a first inlet and a first outlet. A stirrer has a stirrer drive shaft and at least one blade coupled to the stirrer drive shaft and located within the mixing chamber. An output bin defines an output chamber having a second inlet operably coupled to the first outlet and a second outlet.
AUTOMATC SHREDDER
An automatic shredder comprises an upper shredder cover, a lower shredder cover, a first paper box, a second paper box, a shredder cover plate, a paper pressing plate, a paper pressing roller set, a paper pick-up roller set, a paper inlet, a cutter shaft set, a drive motor, a shell and a waste paper barrel. The automatic shredder adopts a bent paper box to change the length of to-be-shredded paper by means of the flexibility and bendability of paper and the features of paper pick-up rollers on one side, is extremely simple and economical, and changes the flat paper placement structure of existing automatic shredders.
Special improvement package to heavy duty grinders for processing thick wastes and slick wipes in commercial and residential applications and use called a gorilla grinder
An improvement kit for heavy duty grinders to process thick wastes in commercial and residential applications made of a two directional cutter having a two-blade cutter edge, a multi aperture die cup, a shaft for pump with an anti-rotational feature, a mimicking component for mimicking three phase drive to a motor stator on the pump, a control board/panel and circuitry and wiring to interconnect the components and a stator winding that allows the kit to provide a grinding solution for contamination including common household trash, a contraband material used in methamphetamine and opioid addictions, a fibrous product including wet wipes with nylon products, and heavy materials that can cause a typical grinding system to be “jetted” which requires continual maintenance and costly repairs.
