REGENERATION TREATMENT METHOD OF WASTE SHELL-MOLD AND SYSTEM THEREOF
20240066524 · 2024-02-29 ·

A regeneration treatment method of waste shell-mold and a system thereof are provided. The regeneration treatment method has a raw smashing step, a smashed-particle sieving step smashed-particle, a first magnetic separation step, a grinding step, a second magnetic separation step, a dry pneumatic flotation step, and a vibration sieving step in sequence to obtain a regenerated shell-mold sand. The refined shell-mold sand is obtained from the smashed-particle sieving step. Silica binders of the refined shell-mold sand is effectively removed by the grinding step. Furthermore, particle sizes of the regenerated shell-mold sand fall in a suitable range in the grinding step. Magnetic metals mixed in the waste shell-mold are effectively removed by the first and second magnetic separation steps. Non-magnetic impurity are further removed by the dry pneumatic flotation step. Therefore, the regenerated shell-mold sand are suitable to substitute original shell-mold sand.

Carpet recycling process and method
11911774 · 2024-02-27 ·

A carpet recycling method is disclosed. In a toroidal flow pulper, pieces of carpet are disintegrated in a quantity of liquid to form a slurry of fibrous carpet materials and carpet ash. At least a portion of the fibrous carpet materials are separated from the slurry, and the separated fibrous carpet materials are dried. At least a portion of the carpet ash is isolated from the slurry, and the isolated carpet ash is dried. Thus, a first output comprising dried separated fibrous carpet materials is produced, and a second output comprising dried carpet ash is produced.

Combination Grinder and Filling Apparatus
20240109075 · 2024-04-04 ·

A combination grinder and filling apparatus for plant material used to deposit small particles of plant material into a pre-formed cone. The apparatus includes a rotating end cap mounted over a grinder body. Formed on the grinder body is a filling cavity in which bulk plant material is placed. Formed in the end cap or grinder body are knives that cut the plant material when the end cap is placed on the grinder body and rotated. Located under the grinder body is a collection plate with holes that allow small particles to fall into a conical-shaped receiving cavity formed on a connection body. Attached to the collection body is a lower end cap with a lower bore in which the lower neck of the collection body extends. Pressing arms located on the lower end cap automatically press against a pre-rolled cone extended around the lower neck. A plunger extends through the apparatus to pack mall plant material into the pre-rolled cone. An agitator coupled to the plunger is positioned in the receiving cavity and used to break away small plant particles.
