DRY ICE FREEZE-PULVERIZER
A dry ice freeze-pulverizer includes pulverizing container and pulverizer main body. The pulverizing container includes a container main body that includes a bottom plate and a side plate erected from a peripheral edge of the bottom plate, has an upper surface opening, and is provided with a pulverizing blade therein, and a lid that closes the upper surface opening and has a vent hole. The pulverizer main body includes a drive device configured to rotate the pulverizing blade. The side plate of the container main body is formed with a vacuum double structure that is obtained by evacuating an internal space formed by opposing metal plates.
Cooling and processing materials
Systems and methods for cooling and processing materials are disclosed.
Dry nano-sizing equipment with fluid mobility effect
Dry nano-sizing equipment with fluid mobility effect dryly processes viewable fine-grained substances into a nano-sized dimension by high-pressure airflow resulted from a pressure-generating unit, as well as high-speed fluid and high mechanical momentum generated in a pressure cylinder by high-speed rotation of a booster impeller.
QUICK BLADE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT ENABLED APPARATUS INTEGRATING MEDICAL WASTE CRUSHING AND STEAM TREATMENT
A quick blade repair and replacement enabled apparatus integrating medical waste shredding and sterilization is a dismountable integrally assembled vertical structure. Three chambers, including a loading and stirring, a shredding and a sterilization and discharging chamber are connected into a whole. Two repair gates are respectively on the left and right sides of the shredding chamber, they are designed as a whole together with the rotary blade shaft, when repair and replace the blades, only the repair gates need to be dismounted, and the replacement process can be finished outside the shredding chamber. The stationary blades are pressed on the inner wall of the shredding chamber by using binder plate, and bolts for securing the binder plate are screwed from outside.
SURFACE CONDITIONING OF CONVEYOR MATERIALS OR CONTACT SURFACES
A method of reducing contamination in a silicon product includes: moving silicon pieces along a conveyance system, wherein the conveyance system comprises a liner having a polished surface finish with a surface roughness of less than or equal to 12 microinches; and moving the silicon pieces across the conveyance system, wherein the silicon pieces contain a reduced number of impurities as compared to silicon pieces in contact with a liner having an unpolished surface. A crushing tool includes: crushing tool elements configured to crush silicon into fragments, wherein the crushing tool elements comprise a surface comprising a polished surface finish with a surface roughness of less than or equal to 12 microinches. A conveyance system includes: a first conveyer discharged onto a second conveyer; wherein the first conveyer comprises a first liner and wherein the second conveyer comprises a second liner.
Multifunctional hydrodynamic vortex reactor
A GMK-reactor includes —a housing, —a hollow base attached to the housing; an inverse taper narrowing downward and attached to the top of housing, —a supporting tube passing through the base including an upper portion situated inside the housing and a bottom discharge opening, —a number of washers of predetermined shapes mounted on an outer surface of the upper portion of the supporting tube such that outer edges of the washer and the inner sidewalls of the housing form predetermined gaps therebetween, and —a number of inlets tangentially attached to the base for introducing a substance and a liquid thereinto forming a circulating suspension therein. The suspension flow, under external pressure, takes a vortex, laminar or turbulent form, rises along inner sidewalls of the housing, enters the gaps, changing its direction at the inverse taper, thus forming a cavitation zone, providing for grinding, or/and mixing of the suspension.
Modularized system and method for urea production using a bio-mass feedstock
A modular system and method for producing urea from bio-mass includes means and steps for “homogenizing” a biomass feedstock stream having components with different bulk density BTU content into a stream having a consistent bulk density BTU content. The steps include cleaning the incoming bio-mass feedstock stream to remove non-organic matter, blending the cleaned bio-mass feedstock stream to obtain a homogeneous blend having a consistent bulk density BTU content, and milling the homogeneous blend bio-mass feedstock stream to a predetermined size no greater than 12 mm.
System and method for remote drive destruction
A self-destructive storage system and method is disclosed. The system includes a digital storage, and a destruction mechanism located proximate the digital storage and configured to physically render the digital storage unreadable upon activation. The system also includes a controller having a processor and a memory. The controller is communicatively coupled to the destruction mechanism and is configured to activate the destruction mechanism in response to at least one of the receipt of a destroy command and the satisfaction of a predefined condition. The system also includes a wireless network interface that is communicatively coupled to the controller and a wireless network. The digital storage device, the controller, and the destruction mechanism are coupled to a drive enclosure.
DEVICE FOR BREAKING GLASS
A device for breaking glass articles, such as bottles, the device comprising an inlet to receive an article. A conduit links the inlet with a glass-breaking chamber, and the chamber houses a glass-breaking member, said glass-breaking member being rotatably mounted for rotation in a vertical plane, and to impact a bottle as a bottle enters the chamber. A motor is linked via a horizontally rotating axle to rotate the glass-breaking member. An obliquely mounted crusher plate is located such that as the glass-breaking member rotates and impacts a glass article, which is forced against the crusher plate by the glass-breaking member to aid breakage of a glass article. A collector is included in which broken glass is retained ready for removal from the device. An intermediate collector is also included to temporarily retain broken glass, including a release valve allowing broken glass to pass from the intermediate collector to the collector, via an aperture therebetween.
METHOD FOR RECYCLING INSULATING WOOL, APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING INSULATING WOOL, FIBRE-REINFORCED FOAM, WOOD-BASED MATERIAL WITH COMBUSTION RESISTABILITY AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A WOOD-BASED MATERIAL WITH COMBUSTION RESISTABILITY
The present invention relates to a method for producing a recycled insulating material from insulating wool, said method comprising the steps of: comminuting insulating wool to give a first intermediate comprising fibre balls; adding binder to the first intermediate to give a second intermediate; hot-pressing the second intermediate into the desired shape, to give a third intermediate; and curing the third intermediate to give the recycled insulating material. The present invention further relates to a method for recycling insulating wool, an apparatus for processing insulating wool, and a fibre-reinforced foam. The invention additionally embraces a fire-resistant wood-based material and a method for producing it.
